Dr. Odom is outstanding overall. She was quite patient with me in trying to increase the lifespan of my Odicon hearing aids, purchased elsewhere in 2014. Finally, I purchased new Phonak hearing aids from her. Again she has been great in working with me. Also, I am quite pleased with my new Phonaks.
