I felt out of place from the moment I walked through the door. The front office staff was not too friendly upon signing in. I had all my paperwork signed and ready and had uploaded my insurance card before the visit, they took my stuff and told me to have a seat. Once called back, I was put in the back room, no vitals or weight was taken, the MA asked me my height and weight. Ive worked in a doctor’s office for over 11years and we make sure our patients feel at home and ask questions as to why they are wanting to be seen. The staff there could at least pretend to care. The doctor was nice but the visit was less than 10 minutes. I had been worried that my moles was cancerous and she looked at them and told me that they’re not and she could freeze them off. I agreed and the procedure was done….all of this in a matter of minutes.. she never said for me to schedule a follow up or anything, just pretty much walked out of the room. They collected the copay and I left. I was not impressed. It would’ve been nice if the staff and visit was a nice and beautiful as the appearance of the office.
