List of Drew A Dylewski's Reviews
Dr. Dylewski is a very friendly and knowledgeable urologist with a staff that goes out of their way to answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend Dr. Dylewski for any urology problems.
Very professional and likable. Help me with my bladder problems.
Not up to date and insulting
If you have any need for urgency please look elsewhere. I had an initial appointment, at which we discussed and reviewed my 7 kidney stones, I did not hear from scheduling for over 2 weeks to set a date. I had left several voicemails to supervisors and staff and never received a call back. I unfortunately had to find another doctor’s office to oversee my care.
I would give Dr. Dylewski a 5 star but, his office staff could use re-vamping. I can't imagine if I did not pick up a phone at my job, oh wait, I wouldn't have one. Secondly, after a month, of trying to have my fiancé's insurance approved, was told, oh we don't accept any of the HMO's. I see, well, then why are the HMO's on your website? Staff response "Oh, we haven't been able to get them removed from the website". Really? Does Dr. Dylewski not make enough money to have someone handle his website? I find that hard to believe. Look elsewhere if you have anything urgent, dealing with the incompetence is not worth the aggravation.
Won of the best.
Made an appointment to see Dr Dylewski for the 1st time, and drove over an hour to his office in the woodlands. I was 5 min from office and reciveda call to tell me if I'm not on time I will have to reschedule. I was on time. when I arrived they had me scheduled to see the PA Julie. I asked if I could see the dr instead. He was unavailable so I had to see the PA. As I'm filling out the patient packet the PA comes out with an bad attitude saying let's go just put her in room can't wait do insurance later. Why would any patient want to see a person like that. Who obviously does not care. Made me feel uncomfortable, unwelcome and as if I was not going to receive the care needed. Why take an oath a vow if your not going to follow it. Just in case she forgot, "I will hold as my primary responsibility the health, safety, welfare and dignity of all human beings. I will uphold the tenets of patient autonomy, beneficence, nonmaleficence and justice. I will recognize and promote the value of diversity. I will treat equally all persons who seek my care." I may be in pain and will have to wait to see another urologist 4 days but I will never come back here again.
Tried calling for 2 days. Can't even get a human to answer the phone. Now I have to find another doctor. Geeze
I reached to Dr Dylewski after 2 months trying to remove a 2inchs kidney stone. 2 months in pain, many procedures that would leave me getting out of the operating room worse than when I came in. Dr Dylewski took my appointment fast and in 3 days took me back to the operating room. I left his surgery feeling like new, we still have some stones left but he gave me my quality of life back, he shows concern and compassion . After I got my ct scan done a few hours later he personally called me to explain the results and express his worries about how I was feeling. He cares about our well-being. He's available to his patients and more importantly he's knowledgeable and gifted to exercise his profession.
I took my 90-year-old grandma to see him due to recurring UTI’s. He was crude in reference to my grandma’s body parts, swore, and spoke over us. He ordered two procedures to be done so we decided to stick with him rather than do another initial appointment. Shortly after procedures were done Grandma ended up in ER and being kept in the hospital so we could meet with the urologist. The hospital staff put in the request Saturday night for a visit from his team andsaid the doctor on call would come Sunday. No doc came Sunday. Dr. Dylewski came Monday with nothing in hand and no information on what was going on. I asked him questions which he couldn’t answer. He accused me of attacking him, giving the excuse that he doesn’t walk around with a mile-high binder with all the information he needs. I tried suggesting that there would be information in a computer about what was going on and that I was just asking questions so I could understand. He continued to yell over me and use cuss words.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
