E. Shawn Mansour's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Mansour has treated 2 of our children who had broken arms. He did an excellent job! He explains everything well, answer question and has a great bedside manner. We send all of our friends to him!

I am not sure how good Dr. Mansour is??!! I was in a lot of pained and called the office for an appointment. I described my situation to the office staff scheduling my appointment. I call on 1/21 and the soonest she was willing to get me in was 2/10. I asked her if she could please make it sooner and she was not only unhelpful but completely void of any empathy. I made the appointment and hung up. Then I decided to call Dr. Husam Bahrani's office. I am glad I did. I got an appointment scheduled the next day, 1/21, had my MRI on 1/27 (only because we had to wait for insurance approval), had follow up with Dr. Bahrani (he is an awesome person) on 1/30 to go over the results of the MRI , had a pre-op appointment with my surgeon ( Dr. Fahl, also incredibly fantastic) on 2/3 and was operated on 2/6 (torn bicep, and two other bone issues that were operated on). A couple of days after recovery I call Dr. Mansour's office and cancelled my initial consultation.

Dr. Mansour himself is a very good surgeon. However, the nurse support and admin support was horrendous. Also, many months insurance fight for unnecessary and out-of-network surgeon assistants that insurance didn't cover.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Mansour and his staff. I have had the best care and attention for my Rotator Cuff issues that had severely hampered the quality of my life before I was recommended to Dr. Mansour. Beth and The Rest of his Staff were so helpful and informative throughout this entire process and that goes a long way in building my confidence in a patient/Doctor relationship. I truly felt Dr. Mansour's sincere concern for my well being and how he embraced my desire to be healthy for my family and i now believe the rest of my life will be the best of my life and Dr. M and his Staff Play such a big role and are the reason for this success story. The Knowledge and immediate attention i received on every visit is another reason to Seriously Consider and Decide On Dr. Mansour to guide you through this process with no fear.

Dr. Mansour is a basic thief. He sends patients for tests that are not needed, has the rudest staff ever, and basically seems to be in business to fill his pocket, not help people. I would not recommend him to pop a pimple.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DR. MANSOUR FOR ANY KIND OF MEDICAL NEEDS, HE IS VERY UNINFORMED, HAS THE MOST RUDE OFFICE STAFF I HAVE EVER SEEN IN A PROFESSIONAL DOCTORS OFFICE, AND SEEMS TO BE HIGHLY INTERESTED IN HIMSELF AND THE MONEY HE IS MAKING BY SENDING PATIENTS FOR REPEATED, AND VERY EXPENSIVE TESTING, DOES NOT FOLLOW UP ON THE RESULTS BUT CHARGES FOR EVERY VISIT YOU GO IN FOR, EVEN FOR CONSULTATIONS AND DOES NOT SEEM EDUCATED ENOUGH TO COME UP WITH A DIAGNOSIS. I AM PAST DISAPPOINTED, I AM NOW DISGUSTED. I HAVE BEEN WAITING A MONTH FOR A SIMPLE DIAGNOSIS, HAVE SPENT OVER $1,000, AND STILL DO NOT HAVE AN ANSWER. THIS MAN IS A HORRIBLE PHYSICIAN!!!!!!!

Best Ortho Doctor ever! He fixes you so it stays fixed. Makes sure you understands what ails your body and proactive ways to get relief!

Great doctor and nurse, but some the other staff/& phone staff are a little rude, but once you see the doc he makes up for it.

Dr. Mansour was one of the best doctors I have seen. He was thorough in his exam and performed the surgery with precision.

Dr. Mansour is EXCELLENT in ALL ways. He talks To You & LISTENS To You...Not all doctors do that!! Mike (his Nurse) is Exactly the same way! ALL of the Techs, Nurses, Etc are GREAT! Going to this Dr. et al has been a Pleasure (NOT my Necessity!!)
