In 30 seconds I could tell he was a quack wouldnt listen to anything I was telling him about my history.and acted like he was the best in the world.very argumentative and unprofessional.should of saw a veterinarian instead.
Spends the time to understand
Two hour wait time!
I did not feel comfortable with this doctor, he was condescending towards me. Went 1 time never went back
Love Dr Coleman, but a/c wasn’t working well in the office and it was extremely hot! Not sure why the staff didn’t think to at least put some fans around the waiting room for the patients. The wait can sometimes be long. People with heart problems and high blood pressure don’t do well in an 80 degree office waiting for an hour.
This rating is for his OFFICE employees only, NOT for the doctor! Dr. Coleman is an OUTSTANDING cardiologist and clinician. I had entrusted my own cardiology issues to him for many years. But his office staff, which in past years were as outstanding as Dr Coleman himself, are now apparently under a different management system. Whereas before the wait time to see Dr. Coleman was almost always short or often nonexistent, with the new clinic management, it grew much longer. As a physician myself, I often had to leave the office to deliver a baby and I trained my staff to immediately let the patients in the waiting room know I had been called out of the office. The patients were told the approximate delay that would be encountered, and given the option of waiting in the office, running a quick errand or two and returning when my office staff called them and let them know I was back in the office and they could return and “keep their place in line.” And if the patient could not return that day, they were offered another appointment on another day. With the office staff at Dr Coleman’s office under a new management, these patient courtesies have apparently been abandoned. Reluctantly, I switched to another cardiologist who was across the street from Dr. Coleman’s office. This new cardiologist’s employees reported directly to the physician himself and no outside management system stood between the physician and the employees. In this cardiologist’s practice, if this physician gets called out of the office, the office staff immediately calls the patients on that day’s appointment list to inform them of the delay and to give them the option staying home until the office calls them to let them know the doctor has returned and the approximate time they will be seen or the option of rescheduling their appointment appointment.I want to emphasize that I still consider Dr Coleman an outstanding cardiologist and clinician. I just wish his new office staff management was as efficient, courteous, and patient oriented as he is.
Dr. Coleman has taken care of me for the last 13 years. I had quintuple by pass surgery 13 years ago by Clifford Kitten excellent care under both Doctors highly recommend.
He ALWAYS OVER BOOKS & even if you're going in for a YEARLY checkup, and made the appointment 6 months before, you are told you have to see the PA (physician's assistant)......even if you tell them you'll wait. They have NO respect for the patient at all! Complaints to Dr. Coleman do no good either! Fed up......changing doctors!
sorriest excuse for a doctor ever.He was more into taking a week-end in Colorado than keeping his appointment with me and never notified me that the appointment was canceled! He then never notified me that he scheduled my procedure until two weeks later by which time I HAD SCHEDULED WITH A REAL DOCTOR, HAD TWO TOES AMPUTATED AND HAD THE PROCEDURE DONE THAT COLEMAN WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE DONE!!! DON'T USE THIS QUACK, RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AND FIND A COMPETENT DOCTOR!
A doctor is only as good as his staff and his staff is terrible! Dr. Coleman is a good doctor, but the aggravation you have to go through with his staff, isn't worth it!! Your phone call gets returned when THEY feel like it. My parents have actually called with chest pains and didn't get a return call for 2 days! My purse was stolen with my cholesterol medicine in it, something Dr. Coleman said to never miss taking. Today was my fourth day of calling and STILL NO RETURN PHONE CALL!!! I have left messages on several different people's message machines and even spoke to a live person today, but still no one returned the call, so I can get my prescription refilled!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
