Gen B is a beautiful spa located in The Woodlands, TX. Dorothy including her staff are friendly & professional. I am extremely picky about where I go and who touches my face. Dorothy is extremely knowledgable and is an incredible injector. I was worried with a work trip to India right around the corner, that something may go amiss. Instead, Dorothy put me completely at ease, and she really NAILED it! The Botox & Filler were smooth, natural & subtle. The Tixel session was a success including the No Peel Chemical Peel in subduing brown spots & leaving my skin brighter. These procedures were virtually painless and incredibly effective. Dorothy carries an amazing line of skin care products. The best brightening serum, moisturizer, SPF and eye cream! I highly recommend Gen B to anyone looking for top-tier care and results. Highly satisfied!"

I had such a wonderful experience training with Dorothy at Gen B Medspa. She is an excellent trainer—patient, knowledgeable, and practical in her approach. She explains everything clearly and makes sure you feel confident every step of the way. Dorothy has a natural ability to put both trainees and patients at ease, and she maintains a great rapport that makes the experience smooth and enjoyable. Her office is warm, friendly, and inviting, which only adds to the positive environment she’s created. I left feeling not only more skilled, but also very supported. Where do I begin? I’ve been coming to Dorothy for months I honestly can’t say enough about how phenomenal she is. I’ve been to numerous med spas including Rejuve, Bullock esthetics, the gill center etc but never found my home place until I met Dorothy. Firstly, what won me over is how incredibly knowledgeable she is and how she educates you in depth about any service or product you show interest in. Prior to coming to Gen B I was going to another spa and getting tox MONTHLY I was told by said spa that I had a very high metabolism and because of this my tox wasn’t lasting as long. So every month I was being injected. It wasn’t until I came to Dorothy that she told me about what could happen if I continued to get the tox so frequently she said my body would build tolerance and I would have to stop all injections for a year 😭 no one told me this at the previous spa. When I arrive at my appointment at Gen B prior to injecting, Dorothy has be frown and make facial gestures to examine whether I still have tox in or not. The other places never did this. Now I believe that my body wasn’t metabolizing the tox that quickly I just thought it was worn off but the professionals should have told me something. I’m so grateful Dorothy did. I’ve done different tox’s, tixel, filler and facials with Dorothy and I’m always happy with the results. Even better, her prices are great and her members program is better than any I’ve enrolled in. She always makes you feel right at home, has the latest hott products, always hosting sales and events and always has a huge smile! Also, she has a great massage chair in the back while you wait for numbing to take effect. Gen B is now my home spa and I recommend to all of my associates, clients and friends.

Dorothy and her team are absolutely amazing at what they do! They took great care of me and explained everything. I had my first facial and chemical peel with Gen B and I’m hooked!

Dorothy and staff are experienced, knowledgeable and most of all...fun! I have super dry skin and did the Tixel treatment on my face. I have had 2 out of the 3 so far and the results are amazing. Most of the fine lines are gone and skin is glowing. I had a facial prior to the Tixel and it was fabulous. I highly recommend Gen B Medspa.

Dorothy was absolutely wonderful. You can really tell this is her passion. She cares about every detail of your experience. I had to take my earrings out for the Tixel treatment and she placed them in a small to go container for me so I wouldn't lose them, which I thought was very detailed and thought out. She is so knowledgeable about the equipment and what she is doing. She explained everything in detail, even sent me home with product to help with the healing process. She is focused on wanting the patient have the very best outcome possible. I highly recommend Dorothy ❤️!! She was lovely to talk to as well. Great personality.

First of all, this med spa is soooo cute! Dorothy is an angel. You can tell she has a passion for what she does, and a wealth of knowledge too! She is very honest and up front. Loved working with her today. Definitely will be back in the future!

I spent quite some time with Dorothy today. I have very little experience with aesthetics and she took the time to sit with and thoroughly educate me on the various procedures she offers. She was extremely knowledgeable and did a phenomenal job! Highly recommend!
