List of Gurpreet Singh's Reviews
I've tried 2 separate times to get into see any of the dr's at Woodlands office. Have been left on hold for up to 25 min. I've called 4 different times, and was finally told be here in 45 minutes but stay in the phone with the rude receptionist giving her my insurance. Otherwise I would have to wait over a month to get in. The receptionist Haley sounded as interested in helping as a wet blanket. I'm sure I will not be missed if they are that busy. But when you get to busy to see new patients and they are treated badly then your business will begin to go downhill. I will report back to my Dr that referred me to there office to quit referring anyone new to them. They are evidently just way to busy.
I went in for an appointment today on February 9th and was told that my wait would be 2 1/2 to 3 Hour wait before I could be seen. I received no phone calls from the receptionist about this before my appointment and the receptionist seemed not to care. I filled out the forms for my appointment and was told that it was not complete. I told the receptionist that those questions did not apply to me. Her response was that she cannot scan blank forms. They were rude and seemed not to care about the patient. Need to find another doctor and staff that cares.
The telephone information on this listing is incorrect!
Could not see dr because office set wrong dr. Wrong dr on referral. This it the second time I walked out of office without seeing dr. Note (the last time.)
The best ophthalmologist in Houston hands down! Too many positive things to write down! I’ll never go to any other eye doctor but Dr. Singh
Dr. Singh helped my daughter for years with issues with dry eyes ... now I see him for dry eyes as well .. he is a very good and excellent in his procedures.. I trust him and believe in him. His staff is very friendly and supportive..
I couldn’t be more satisfied with my cataract surgery. My vision improved immediately. I can read without glasses and much improved distance. The entire office staff is very prompt, professional and courteous.
Dr. Singh is a consummate professional, polite, effective listener and empathetic person. He is attentive and perfectionist in doing his job. He performed cataract removal and multifocal lens implant surgery for my eyes. His follow up appointments strived to assure I was satisfied with the outcome, which I am. I would recommend his services to anyone considering vision improvement medical attention! Thank you Dr. Singh for a job well done!
Dr Singh was the first (out of three specialists) that gave me odds of 70% or better for a cornea transplant when I was in my 40s. I had Fuch's Dystrophy plus a virus in my eye with veins that penetrated the area affected during surgery. Dr Singh gave me my eye sight back! I later had a less critical cornea transplant with cataract procedure on my left eye (a few years later) when it finally came time. He is professional, he explains in great detail and answers all your questions. He would still be my doctor if I did not live more than 3 hours from him.
Capsulotomy, post-cataract, laser procedure, should take 5mins, they dilated my eye, bandage, then kept me waiting 2-1/2hrs, in the office, watching jeopardy. No updates, no apologies, just sit. Unacceptable. Unprofessional. I walked out, disgusted.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
