Scheduled solid appointments twice. I was contacted and asked to move my original day if I couldn’t come at the new time they needed. Understanding that things happen, I obliged, and rescheduled for next available which was almost 30 days later. AGAIN, asked to change my slot, (via VM), however, this time, I did not even get a chance to reply, they just changed it for me….not good way to treat clients. My time is valuable as well. I called to express my disappointment and recd 3 different excuses for time differences. I have my vm messages, as well as my reminder messages, and s they still skirted the problem. One if the excuses was that they had to squeeze someone else in? Second was, two different departments were involved….which was irrelevant, as I only wanted a cleaning? Needless to say, I guess I wasn’t important enough….they felt they could just move my appt slots as they saw fit and a confirmed appointment holds no validity

Two confirmed spot and asked by them to change each time…I understood and obliged the first time, resulting in having to wait an additional 30 days to get services, only to find out that second time they just had changed my time slot without speaking to me. I could not go at the time they requested, so I called office. The staff attempted to tell me that I was wrong, about time, so I told her that I still had all my reminders as well as vm they they had left to “tell” that they were changing my slot! All I hit was “well, I’m so sorry”???? Really?

I was told that my teeth were not in the best shape and had insurance and still paid an arm and a leg …. They are super pricey and seem very high dollar bc of the fancy building and staff but incase you are wanting to spend lots of money and lots of time don’t go … there are so many more dentists that charge way less!

Dr. Lewis did my two upper front teeth veneers 12/22. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Dr. Lewis created the most perfect natural looking teeth for my smile. Every visit kept getting better and better and I knew I’d found a real dentist who loves what he does and takes pride in his profession. Dr. Lewis and his team are professional in every way. Doctors seem to always be rushing around and never have time to really listen to patients but not Dr. Lewis. We went outside on both my visits with the dental assistant and Dr. Lewis to be sure the natural lighting was used to make my perfect custom shade. I never felt rushed or like the dentist had any other person to work on except me. He takes his time and it shows. His dental assistant JoAnn is kind and caring and she knows what she’s doing. Best dental experience! I definitely would send my family to Dr. Lewis. Don’t go anywhere else if you are considering veneers. I shopped around Houston and The Woodlands to 4 other dentists before I picking Dr. Lewis. He’s the best for a reason!

Would highly recommend you avoid this place. They are the embodiment of the dental industry’s greed and moral deficiency. They will have you thinking you have cavities and teeth issues that you don’t have. Also will take as many unnecessary procedures as they need so your bill goes up. Unless you want con artists working on your mouth I would stay away.

My son and I visited this office today. I was very disappointed by the service that I received from the dentist that saw us. My son and I have excellent teeth and we get teeth cleanings every six months. Every dentist that has seen us has told us we have absolutely beautiful teeth. Yet today upon our visit the dentist told us that we had several cavities that needed to be filled and they could be prevented. They gave us an estimate of 1200 to get this fixed. We both had teeth cleanings today and x-rays are total cost for just those things were $600 together it’s a parrot that this office is running a scam I hope that anybody that reads this review will think twice about visiting this office so you’re not left feeling that you may have cavities or at other dental procedures that need to be done make sure you get a second opinion

I heard great things about this office so I decided to try them out. Was only coming in for a checkup and cleaning yet I can firmly say I will never be returning. Huge con artists they heavily insinuated and led me to believe I had cavity’s that was going to need 900$ worth of fillings. After pressing them about it they admitted the drilling’s would be more preventative and not actually for a cavity. They also took extra X-Rays that were unnecessary so they could drive the price up further. Would not recommend unless you like shady dentistry.

I wouldn’t hesitate giving 10 stars if I could, for: this office, the Team and Dr. Guy Lewis. BEST Dentist, great office, amazing staff. Detail oriented, focus on the patient, efficient, kind. I found Dr. Lewis, as the winner / top votes by Houstonians for the Houston Chronicle’s 2020 Best of the Best Dentist! It is crystal clear how he earned these votes, along with all of the other testimonials you will find for his work. He is insanely talented, honest and sets the standards higher than anyone in Cosmetic Dentistry. Elisabeth, dental assistant, is just wonderful. She clearly shares the passion for attention to detail and perfection. Cristine, treatment coordinator, is fantastic. Thorough, honest, clear and makes it so easy for patients. I would recommend Dr. Lewis and staff a million times over to anyone!!!!!

Don’t know why but I’ve always been terrified of the dentist. At least that was true until I went to see Dr Guy Lewis and his staff. Best experience I’ve ever had when it comes to my teeth! They all took excellent care of me and made me feel so comfortable which made the dental process so easy for me. My teeth are beautiful. Love the way they look now. I find myself smiling more and more. Thank you Dr Guy Lewis, Ona, Christine, and the rest of the staff for everything.
