I try to make appointment with Oncologist but received all unprofessional communication, I hope that the manager, CEO, CFO know about the conversation, they try to either postpone or brush off without helping. I am very unhappy with service seems like Methodist cancer center do not care about the patients. I never given bad review but I really upset with the care I received.

I decided to valet at Houston Methodist Cancer Center to visit my mom getting her chemo treatments. I walked in and was talking to my mom for about 20 minutes. All of a sudden, I received a phone call from valet. Everyone has to give their phone number when they valet instead of receiving a little piece of paper. Anyways, he proceeds to tell me that somehow the key got locked inside the car and asks if I have another one. Of course, I didn't and I live almost an 1 1/2 hour away. The reason I am writing this review is because a special shot out goes to LANETTA OSBORNE. She was sitting at the receptionist desk of the Infusion Center, suite 180 and heard about my keys being locked inside my car from the security guard. She used her own personal Triple A, so I could get my keys that were locked inside my car. Houston Methodist Cancer Center (Infusion Center- suite 180), I hope you know how wonderful of an employee LANETTA OSBORNE truly is! She didn't have to do that. It's definitely not in her job description. I don't know her. She doesn't know me. She cares and has a heart for others. I am so thankful for her and I hope Methodist Cancer Center you are too!
