Never answers the phone. Never calls back. Taken way too long to get my iud implanted. I've never been so frustrated with doctors before
Wow what an excellent hospital. I had knee replacement revision done there. The entire staff was superb. I highly recommend this hospital.
0 ! If you are in need of urgent care! This is not the hospital to go to! They have 0 consideration for your health and well being! Dr.Satyanara Kante,Md refused to see me or treat my symptoms! He didn't evaluate or treat me! The Doctor and hospital were quick to bill me and my insurance as if they had actually treated me! My entire left side was numb & Dr.Kante did not show any kind of concern! He has the worst bedside manner! He is very unprofessional and will not take your health seriously! He could really put your life at risk! Don't bother in leaving a complaint to Patient Services department (Wendy Stearns) because all you will be recieving is a large bill for no care and a apology letter! This hospital is a joke and the very definition of malpractice and greed! If you care about your health or family do not bring them here!
in the last weekWent for an MRI. Nov. 28th, My second visit here. And second MRI In a couple years, I'm going to have a third one but it will not be here! Why? Because the people at front were so obtuse and seemed to care about only getting the money for the MRI. Also after the scan I asked for the DVD to take to my doctor, I was told that it would be forwarded to my doctor. NOT! And I couldnt have a copy. REALLY?I've been told this before... I fell for this a second time same thing happened the first time. I made a dr. appt. And paid for appt. And there was no film/DVD. Only the written report, no pictures.I am going to have to go DEMAND & get the disc again and reschedule and pay for another Dr. Appt. AGAIN! I'll be damned if you'll get a 3rd chance!I'm also filing a formal complaint against this hospital with Texas Hospital board and the BBB. I'm surprised they are still open. This is The Woodlands. We have choices!
By far the worst place I have ever been. The doctors do not care about you. They take a quick look say they don't know why my husband is having pain, then gave morphine then discharged. During discharge the doctor says come back if the pain doesn't go away. Wait what?!? My husband is walking out in pain why would we come back to this hell hole?!In the meantime, I was trying to ask questions and see if we could get a CT with contrast. I think it's cute they couldn't find anything wrong but First Choice ER was amazed how my husband wasn't crying in pain because he has CLUSTERS of kidney stones. He always gets them and they are large. However, St. LUKES just sent him along his way.He needed to have fluids so they gave him an IV, but never started fluids....ever!The wait was 7 hours.Time seen/talked too was less than 10 minutes. The nurse that administered the morphine mixed TAP WATER with the morphine then tried to give it to my husband. Who does that?!?Never going to this place again!!!
Type 1 diabetic patient was admitted for observation. After 2 weeks that included no insulin to treat high blood sugar level for almost 12 hours and not administering antibiotics for an infection for about a week, patient was discharged on palliative care. Flash forward 11 months...patient is admitted for the same infection, and was discharged 2 weeks later not only with the infection, but with blood clots from the wrists to shoulders of both arms. Has anyone had any similar issues with this hospital?

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
