It's a secret med spa the Woodlands has incredible nurses and estheticians. I have been going there for a while for Botox and it's the best around. I recently was to get a treatment that was contraindicated . Upper management refunded me and made sure I was completely satisfied with my care.

Best med spa experience in a long time! So grateful they focus on skin health not just for short term results but long term care focused with the services. They helped me narrowed down what would give me with best results with payment options that allowed me to get started right away! First services went great and I CANT wait for more! Sam and Alex made me feel so comfortable and welcomed!

I got some lip fillers done by De’Asya and they are bomb! She exceeded my expectations. They look natural! Her communication and customer service was the best, I highly recommend going to her.

Have been coming here since the day they opened their doors! I actually won the Secret Wall contest with a $5,000 prize, so I've been able to try ALL of their services. I love the entire team and trust them whole heartedly. I couldn't recommend enough!

Went for the special one botox didn't feel anything probably because they didn't inject anything got 68 units and saw no difference before trip and my friends didn't notice either went back for a touch up by my eyes nothing do not waste your money! Also talked into weight loss shots never was called or received! Trying to call but do not answer to cancel

I had such a great experience at Secret Med Spa! I spoke with Samantha in sales, and she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions honestly and made me feel really comfortable with the whole process. She recommended I see Hannah for lip filler, and I absolutely love my results — super natural, just what I was looking for. Samantha also introduced me to semaglutide, and I’ve already started seeing positive changes. I really appreciated how kind and patient she was throughout everything. Highly recommend!

Terrible place. You buy packages and then you can't get in to make your appointment. I was told that both aestheticians quit and they do not have any availability. Do not go to this place. SCAM!!!!!

bought two packages at The Woodlands location and I called today and now they don't have an aesthetician. They said call back in two weeks. OMG.
