Wow. Do not see this joke of a doctor. She does not care at all, rushes through the appointment and simply states to just deal with pain.

What does it take to get an appt? I've called 7x over a few days and everytime get sent to voicemail. I've left messages for a call back twice. Seriously, the message I'm getting is that patients are not your top priority. Please fix this.

For the past couple years or so I've had Dr. Dong as my GP. She has been excellent. My quality of life has improved since switching from my previous doctor, who was good, but didn't really tell me what I needed to hear. He wouldn't really go into detail about how I should be changing my habits (exercise, diet etc.). Dr. Dong actually goes into that sort of thing and seemed concerned with certain habits of mine, but she wasn't condescending about it at all, and didn't make me feel self-conscious. Very, very empathetic and altruistic. My mom switched over to Dr. Dong as well because of my experience, and she's happy with the care too. Would definitely recommend!

Dr. Dong is great! She is very helpful and quick! Awesome doctor, however her office staff is so rude. They never return phone calls they are condescending to you in person and over the phone and they make the experience very poor. Considering changing PCP just so I don’t have to deal with her staff. Sad.

I have been here twice for an appointment and both times I have not been seen until at least 25 minutes after my appointment time. The want you to come in 45 minutes early if you are a new patient to fill out paperwork, what’s the point if you have no intention of seeing me at my actually appointment time.
