Dr John Thachil needs to learn to listen to his patients and STOP thinking he knows what they need. I tried to explain my situation to him and he kept trying to tell me what his opinion was. Also, he decided to give me unsolicited advise on something that was not related to his specialty. Stay in your LANE sir!!

I dont know what these other people are writing about! Dr. Thachil has been nothing but kind and caring to our family. He is compassionate and very responsive. He will personally return phone calls not someone on his staff calling back on behalf of him.

Nice in the beginning until he gets to know a person than manners become poor. Poor manners to his staff also.
