Dr. Mai is an uncaring Physician. I have hearing loss after his shoddy ear tube placement which did not resolve after it was removed by another ENT who agreed it was a bad job. I was in pain during and for months after the procedure. Also, he was rude and uncaring during every appointment and said that it was not possible for me to be in pain. During the last appointment I had with him he came in did not even look in my ear disregarded my symptoms while being rude and then just left without doing anything to help and I was charged $50. luckily I'm being treated by a good ENT now and not someone who doesn't care about their patients at all.

I went to see Johnny after several trips to an urgent care clinic and over a month of ear pain and lose of hearing. Johnny quickly diagnosed my infection and had it cured within a week. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing and ENT.
