My wife Fernanda is trying many times to contact your office by phone for a refill of my medicines. Nobody takes the phone call. She already tried several times, she left messages, but nothing happened. The Walgreens pharmacy has also tried to communicate, and has not received a response to proceed with the refill. I have no problem asking for a turn, and doing the whole circuit, but please, I need the refill. You have my data since I have been attended several times. I really appreciate your prompt reply. I'm very impressed and with the utmost respect, I am very confident in Dr. Julio Rivera's skills and professional yet concerns about my health. This was my first visit. Also I have never been inside an examination room where there was A Holy Bible for the patient to read while waiting! Amazing. And I didn't wait very long. Thank you Dr. and Staff.

Wow. I really had a terrible experience. I waited over TWO HOURS, yes two hours just to be seen, to only be seen for five-six minutes, without the doctor even saying bye. Lack of communication & no apologies for the wait. Why tell me to come 15 minutes then make me wait a whole 2 hours just to be brushed off the entire time. Yeah I’m done

While the doctor appears to be a good/kind person, everything else is an absolute disaster a. Front desk that does not answer phone calls...needing a physical visit for everything & anything b. Would not call prescriptions in properly. Several times they would miss medications for refills. Struggled with them for several years...finally decided to change and so glad I did.

I personally haven't been to his family practice but he was my mom's intensivist in ICU at St. Luke's when she was there for over three months on a ventilator, he saved her life numerous times over and over again. I can't tell you how thankful myself and my family are for him and would love to have him as her PCP right now. Crystal

Had hernia surgery done with Dr.Rivera and I was very pleased with my recovery. I was so scared due to it being my first surgery but Dr. Rivera and his team made me feel so safe, comfortable and were highly attentive during my recovery.. I highly recommend Dr. Rivera he was amazing.

FIND A BETTER DOCTOR! Website does not work. They NEVER answer their phone. I left 4 voicemails in a week and never heard back. I've tried every method to contact them without success... I will be going to the office in person to claim my medical records and find another doctor. FIND A BETTER DOCTOR!!!!
