First visit here, had a very long wait.. I got there before my appt. time to fill out papers and still had to wait over a hour. Was not impressed at all by this fast talking Dr. Laura Fernandes , I had a EKG done and no one told me the results .. I had to ask for that, I said how was my EKG to a assistant, she picked them up alittle and said "oh they are fine" .. humm.. well ok.. Dr. talks to fast , couldnt understand alot that she was saying , but it was alot of nothing.. rambling on about how her staff is her baby and etc.. they all work as a team, yada yada.. I know that.. dont waste my time with that since I have waited so long to see her and ready to leave. I didnt like that fact that she was talking and talking while she was "listening" to my heart and breathing.. I picked this Dr. off of all the google reviews.. but I was NOT impressed by any means. GOOD Luck , I will seek a more professional Dr. for my needs..

Dr Fernandes took time with me I recieved very personalized attention and was treated as a whole person. The explanation of ordered testing and recommendations was very comprehensive I am very pleased I went here for treatment.

As a first time patient, I was very pleased with my overall experience with Dr. Laura Fernandes and her staff. Dr. Fernandes is very thorough, friendly, and has a sense of humor. Definitely an advocate for her patients and I’m glad I chose Dr. Fernandes as my cardiologist!

What a great doctor ... staff and Dr Laura are absolutely great ... first visit and how working on tests for follow up visit at end of month ... I can say that she was everything that I read about in her reviews ... she's AWESOME!

Dr Emmanuel Achu MD / Dr Laura Fernández and staff are so welcoming and courteous. Their level of attention is exceptional . I would definitely recommend this cardiologist practice to anyone seeking an outstanding team .

Some confusion at the beginning as they couldn't find my appointment, but it all got worked out. They were very pleasant, but the facility was too cold.

Waited over an 1.50 hours to see Dr. Fernandes. She did say she was at the hospital, so that's ok. However on my visit before a waited over two hours to be seen by another doctor in her office. It was to go over test results. He thought I was in pretty good shape. Dr. Fernandes went over my results of tests taken back in September of 2021 and made several changes and additions to my drugs, etc.

The exam was very though and the written review of the exam was very helpful due to the large amount of items covered.
