I am an extremely active individual who does a lot of weight lifting and outdoor running. I have always suffered of chronic back pain, but for the past week my back pain has become unbearable. My visit with Dr. Mark Eilers was life changing, my pain was always in my lower back, Dr. Eilers was extremely knowledgeable and after he did a thorough exam he spent time in explaining to me that my problem was coming from my hamstrings. I admit I lack in stretching before my workouts, he advised me to visit PT and some home stretching exercises and I have to say I feel like I am brand new and I am not able to get back to my activities without being in pain, thanks Dr. Eilers! I will definitely recommend him to Family and Friends.

Dr. Eilers went out of his way to see me when in office, when I was unable to connect for a virtual appointment. After helping me with my immediate problem, he was kind enough to help me with another issue I was going to take up with him at a later date. He relieved my mind of much unnecessary worry. He is what compassionate professionalism is all about.

I am so grateful for being referred to Sterling Ridge Orthopedic Group! Very professional and courteous. I felt totally comfortable with the entire staff. Dr Eilers addressed and answered every question I had. I'm ready for my surgery this week and looking forward to a speedy recovery!

In December, I ruptured my left tricep and my wife, after doing some research, found Dr. Mark Eilers who specializes in the type of injury that I sustained. It was during the initial diagnosis of my injury that I realized that this encounter with a doctor was different from any doctor that I have dealt with in the past. Meaning, he actually listened to me and my overall concerns pertaining to what the next course of action would be to repair the injury and mentally prepare me for what the road to recovery entailed. He works out of two locations that I have had the privilege of meeting at both. Any time that I would have a question surrounding my injury or needed medical records forwarded to my insurers, Dr. Eilers supporting staff was always able to forward that information in a timely manner. I would highly recommend that you strongly consider allowing him to be your designated orthopaedic doctor.

Dr Eilers did knee surgery on me. I am 70 years old. My test for a doctor is if they have the three C’s: Compassion, Commitment (to getting the patient well), and Capability (to perform the job needed). Dr Eilers has all of these. I highly recommend him. His nurse, Bonnie, is excellent and responsive.
