Dr Mercado is ok but staff is very unprofessional. They took my insurance without letting me know if they would accept it or not. Then later I received a bill of about $200. Try calling them many times but no one picked up. Finally, they told me that they don't accept the insurance and I have to pay it out of my pocket. Be careful when working with these staffs or they will try to exploit and get money from the us, the patient, directly.

I arrived late and the staff was very accommodating and was able to keep my appointment. Staff were all friendly and professional. Dr. Mercado was thorough and wasn't quick to jump to any conclusions. Top knotch!

Excellent physician, as good as I have encountered in Houston. Intelligent, thoughtful, relatable. He listens and more importantly, hears. His medical advice is clear and explained at a level appropriate to the audience. Highly recommended.
