Millennium Physicians received 68.1% positive feedback, with patients praising the compassionate staff and excellent care. However, 31.9% of the feedback was negative, primarily citing billing issues, unresponsive office staff, and poor time management. Overall, the practice is appreciated for its dedicated healthcare providers, yet it needs better administrative coordination and improved patient communication.ScoreDoc Score

Care quality is in the tank. Dr. urmeel Patel in particular could absolutely care less about any of his patients. He doesn't pay attention to patient concerns and farms you out to the doctors whenever possible. He's half asleep and it seems to be he's not quite retired physically, but his brain and his empathy are completely checked out already. Do NOT go here!
If you can afford to... see someone else. Dr. Anil Warrier did not listen to any of my concerns, refused to look at my medical history, dismissed my abnormal testing results, refused to order any additional testing. I believe all because I am a veteran and have paperwork that needs to be completed. He wanted me GONE period. Even said, "I don't know what you have." Being told that I have previously been diagnosed and am experiencing symptoms, he shrugged.... I have never experienced such a heartless dismissal from any doctor anywhere... even military doctors.

All he did was assist me in mistrust of the medical field.
Dr. Arani is the best!
Hell no! I tried to call the office for THREE days - no answer. I left many messages at different extensions. No return calls. I needed my medical records for a new doctor. Finally, I took off work and drove 25 minutes to the Tomball office. They said they couldn’t give me my records because they didn’t have them onsite. They told me to call the office manager and also medical records. I went back out to my car and called both numbers. Both calls went to vm and I left some really dandy messages. I then went back inside the office and said “nobody answered. What now?” They were shocked that I returned. They started trying to call people and got Bridget on the phone. Bridget wanted to talk to me. She is not only rude and mouthy, she is on a major power trip. She told me it takes 2 weeks to get my records together. Yeah, maybe it took that long in 1960 but not anymore. You freaking click and print now, duh Bridget. I told her I wasn’t leaving without my records because I had been trying desperately to get through for 3 days. She then says “yeah, I got your message yesterday”😮Wrong thing to say! I said “then why didn’t you call me back yesterday? Why did I have to drive up here?” She then threatened to hang up on me. I told her feel free to do so because I would sue her and the owner because those records belong to ME. She then told me to tell the receptionist to print my file. So, they did have access to records the entire time?! Wow. Bridget should be fired as well as the office manager. It’s her job to fix the phones. No answer for 3 days?! In a medical office?! Heads should roll. Anyway I left with my entire file!
Today I waited in a freezing cold exam room almost an hour. At one point I poked my head out to see if anyone was around or if Suki was still coming . No explanation or apology. Very dismissive rude nurse. if you can't be nicer get a new job.
Expect to wait over an hour after appointment time to see doc. Every time.
Dr. Patel has been a wonderful advocate and understands the unique needs of my odd disease.
It appears Millennium responds to negative reviews and suggests concern and willingness to discuss. Unfortunately, the buck stops there just as the many calls made to Millennium as a patient. Let me expand. I was a stage II young breast cancer patient with an aggressive cancer. I underwent surgery, brutal chemotherapy and radiation under the wonderful care of Dr. Seymour (back when efficiency & communication existed). The practice changed as did the care (Seymour no longer affiliated with practice), organization, communication and empathy. You literally wait hours to see a physician. When I last went, everyone literally had left the office! I had to come back to get blood work, the physician requested, including genetic testing. The paperwork was a disaster and insurance unwilling to pay. I made numerous calls to Millennium, including a call to the physician. No calls returned. I never received results from that tests. Needless to say, I have not been back to Millennium. Why would a cancer survivor, or any patient continue with care, when the care is lacking, yet utilizing the insurance and copays you spend for lack of care.....
Have been going to Dr Perez for almost 20 years. I love her, the infusion staff, Val and Kim!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
