My name is Sylvia Moore and I would give Dr. Shah 20 stars, he did corrective surgery on my left hand and 2 trigger fingers , my hand even felt better the next day and , He knows what he is doing !! I got what I paid for

I've wasted the past 3.5 months. I followed instructions diligently. The brace, was to be worn 24/7 for a successful outcome, it only worsened the problem as my finger is now crooked and sagging. The lack of accountability & apology for the failed brace is astounding. Attempts to rectify the situation fell short in acknowledging the negligence. The doctor only mentioned my dissatisfaction, but upon inspection the technician confirmed the braces were poorly made. Now, I must start over, hoping to regain the initial state after 4 months of adherence. Adding insult to injury, I was told my insurance "overpaid" and I only owed $5, a frustrating revelation since during my 1st visit my concerns about payment accuracy were brushed aside. The rushed doc's priority was showing authority to the resident that accompanied him(which i wasn't informed of nor asked about) over addressing my questions. Overall, I'm very disappointed with the care received, leaving me disappointed and regretful.

Dr Shah is genuinely honest and to the point and yet is very kind and caring. His staff is absolutely phenomenal! I send anyone who needs an orthopedic doctor to his office!

He was rude and did nor fix my problem, he saw me for 5 minutes, was rude when I asked questions, gave me an injection for pain, bur never told me that the pain will come back. I will never go back to him. It was a horrible experience

I find Dr. shah to personable and professional at the same time. He is very knowable of problems and remedies for joint issues. Easy to talk to and can usually get in pretty quick.
