Dr. Elham Abbasi has been a lifesaver for me since March 2019 when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. She monitored my progress through my mastectomy and reconstruction surgery. In May 2023, I was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer to the lung. Dr. Abbasi studied my tumors and all the ‘sheets and islands’ of cancer in my lung. She placed me on a targeted therapy that had only been approved for a few weeks. Within 6 months my cancer markers were down and in February 2024, there was no evidence of disease in my body!!! One reason I trust Dr. Abbasi is that she stays abreast with the latest advancements in cancer treatment, including chemotherapy, radiation therapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies. I love North Houston Cancer Clinic and Dr. Abbasi because everyone that works there knows ME as well as the other patients. The nursing staff is well trained and communicates regularly with Dr. Abbasi. If there is an issue, they are on top of it. This clinic cares about their patients and their wellbeing. They have become an extended family to me. Dr Abbasi is great. The nurses and staff are fantastic. I don’t think I could’ve went through this, Without them. They always have a kind word and a smile to share with you.

I became acquainted with Dr Abbasi through a breast cancer diagnosis. My first impression was that she was knowledgeable and passionate. After becoming a patient, I discovered not only were these things true but she's also very involved, honest, thorough, proactive and present . She holds her entire team to the same standards . They're all amazing! She gives her whole self to her work. This is how she demonstrates her care to me and so many others . Forever Grateful!
