I have used this specialist office twice and loved them both times. Dr Samuel is awesome and takes GREAT care of her patients.

For a facility that focuses on care, this place deserves zero stars. Each of my appoint was at least 2 hours average. They make you wait each step of the way. Always late, always with excuses. During a time when a human body is already dealing with so much, this callus and irresponsible disregard for time and comfort is frankly disgusting. I am so upset with my doctor for referring me here, especially since my doctor is awesome. Advice, find an alternate facility.

First off I had no idea why I was coming here or that if I was high risk or not turns out my cervix is causing me to maybe have a preterm baby, in which nobody explained until the doctor called me AFTER I already left cause they were taking forever. Overall a decent experience, I know they are willing to help me in any way that they can but the wait time is pretty unreasonable.Just hoping I get the care that I need, cause I’m extremely worried now.

I wouldn’t recommend this place if you have the choice. I have a high risk pregnancy, and the MFM office closest to me was completely booked. Because I need weekly ultrasounds they sent me here instead of my usual MFM. Horrible experience. Upon arrival they sort of just expected me to know who everyone was automatically and what to do (like I’m talking you need to know the names of the front desk ladies and everything or else you’re going to be looked at like a deer in the headlights), which was weird since I have never been to this office before in my life and they operate a little differently than my usual office so of course I’m not going to know what to do or who you are if you don’t tell me. The ultrasound tech was by far the worst tech I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a lot between my regular OB, my MFM, and a couple of ER visits); super dry, didn’t talk really at all, made me extremely nervous and uncomfortable, didn’t tell me what she was measuring exactly or looking for even when I asked (mind you I wasn’t asking her to interpret what she was measuring, I just wanted to know what she was measuring).**IF YOU ARE A YOUNGER MOM** I really really recommend bringing an older woman with you like your mom, mother in law, grandmother, aunt, whoever that can help you advocate for yourself and who these people will actually take seriously. My appointment was very rushed, I didn’t get to see the actual doctor because “they were running behind” (which is funny because there was basically nobody in the office and nurses, techs, etc. were just talking and laughing with each other most of the time), my questions weren’t really answered well by the nurse practitioner just very vague blanket responses. Did not help me understand anything at all. So, I still don’t know what’s actually going on with my baby unfortunately, hopefully we can hold out until next week when I see my regular MFM and can get some transparency and real communication from medical staff. I wish I would have stood up for myself, but I was so nervous and frustrated already. I just wanted it to be over.TL:DR - Worst experience I’ve had with an OB office, don’t go here if you can help it.

This place is absolutely amazing... They helped me figure out what was wrong with my baby and sent me to the best of the best... They weren't sure if my baby would make it... ND thanks to GOD ND amazing doctors... She is absolutely healthy and living thank y'all so much...

Thankful for Dr. Amanda Mularz. She is the best and thanks to her I have beautiful healthy baby boy now. She did great on my cerclage and I always felt like she truly cared on each of my visits. I didn’t have to explain my case each appointment, she remember my case which is amazing being how busy this office is. I honestly felt at ease that I was receiving the best care.There was one ultrasound tech Jamie who was so sweet and took the time to explain everything. I never had a bad experience. Front desk was always nice to me as well as my awesome nurse Melody who would take me back.

Absolutely do not recommend! Staff is very rude, out of all my visits I only saw Dr. Samson once for all of 2 minutes. They are completely unaccommodating and practically abelist in their treatment of patients. I will not be back.

I would recommend this office to anyone. The front staff is super kind and personable. I had one sonographer my entire pregnancy that I loved and saw Dr. Mularz, Kirsten the NP, and, Dr. J. Samson. All of them were fantastic. The office is beautiful, but the wait times can be a little long just like any other office.

Avoid if possible. Staff is rude, you never see the doctor. Takes forever to be seen and they are not accommodating. Dr. Sampson is completely abelist and classiest. I will never go back.
