I don't recommend. Im a 31 year old male. I needed a new PCP because my new insurance wouldn't cover my previous Dr. that I had my entire adult life. Don't assume all Drs are good because they're a Dr. Some are dumb as a box of rocks, not friendly, and act like man hating feminists.Im sure she's capable of prescribing cold medications just fine.But if you need any critical thinking, you've come to the wrong place

My husband and I have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Batista and her staff. They are prompt and have wonderful bedside manners. They are personable and her nurse has a great sense of humor. Dr. Batista is very thorough and attentive. She takes her time and listens to all your concerns. She is not over reactive but doesn’t blow things off either. We have been very pleased with her care.

Really bad experience with Dr. Batista, she is never available to solve any situation, one time she sent me my test result 2 weeks letter with a positive result for an infection with a prescriptions, also her medical team is really bad organize, I called several times leaving messages for her medical assistance and they never return the phone calls. I give her a chance been my doctor for more that three years but, nothing change actually got worse really bad experience.

Dr. Batista takes a lot of time to ask a lot of questions and really get to know what’s going on. I’m so glad GrandRounds recommended her for me. She’s the best primary care Dr I’ve had since moving to Houston.

Dr. Batista was informative, listened and we made steps to make sure my meds were refilled and plans for a physical. I had been with the same practice for 15 years and they are now no longer on my insurance. I was not happy to leave them, but Dr. Batista has been wonderful.

Dr. Batista is excellent she is very professional, compassionate, she take her time with her patients you don't feel rush, she takes the time to answer your questions and concerns. In my visits to the office I always receive excellent health care from Dr.Batista, MA's, labs and the front desk staff.
