List of Priya V. Ramshesh's Reviews
The worst Doctor/Oncologist I've ever seen and dealt with. She had me remove me from Kelsey-Seybold. I was with out care for two months and was desperately looking for another Doctor. Being that everything was in house at Kelsey-Seybold; that caused me to loose my PCP which she was Excellent all around. Kelsey-Seybold took her word with out checking with my PCP that I had been seeing for years. After filing a complaint with Kelsey they still stood behind her. She should not be able to practice Medicine anywhere. And I'm keeping this nice.
I was recommend by my physician to see a hematologist and I went in to see Dr. Ramshesh. She was extremely rude, dismissive, cold and unwelcoming. She said because I was “African American” my labs were common even though they were NOT and you can see from my medical history (if she looked or requested anything) that this is unusual for me. I literally had to convince her that I was having a real health issue and for her to take my visit more seriously (she still did not). I was there for about 5 mins. She dismissed everything I said and suggested I take “iron”. I intend to follow up with the department to file a formal complaint.
If this is your doctor please get a second opinion. I have been wanting to write this review for months but I haven’t had the strength. Dr. Ramshesh was negligent in my family members care. We contacted her constantly about our mother’s deteriorating memory and she did nothing (often not even returning phone calls). Then our family member had a seizure due to a golf ball sized tumor that had formed in her brain. After numerous pet scans , pet scans and Mris’s she never checked our family members brain. Our family member had surgery to remove the tumor and did not recover at the speed that she was looking for so she gave up on her and suggested we put her in hospice care. She turned her back because of her neglect. Please get a second opinion if this is your doctor.
Dr. Ramshesh is a very caring and competent doctor who helped guide my husband and I through the cancer 'experience'. She was always very articulate in explaining our options and also very personable and helpful. I particularly appreciated the fact that she never 'skirted an issue' or just told us what we wanted to hear. We always knew she would give us the facts and enough information to make good decisions. We both appreciated her care so much and do not feel we could ever have done better. I am very thankful she is still in our area providing care to others.
Positive experience until I asked too many questions she didn't want to answer. Then she 'fired' me as her patient.
This is the worst Dr ever and she is very unprofessional and have a very mean side to her. I don't see how anyone can give her 5 stars. She is a snake and can't be trusted. She lied on me when she was with Kelsey Seybold. She almost caused me to loose my disability. She plays the role of being a friend but really a snake. She did not take my illness very serious which I had since birth. She is the only doctor that I have ever had a problem with all the years of my life. The person that stated that Kelsey took her side that is so true because she is a liar and can't be trusted. They tried that with me but my family dr fought for me. I will never go back to that place ever. I still have nightmares about this doctor. She can't be a God fearing woman the way she play with people lives. She and I had words and instead of her trying to reason the situation she hung up in my face. Very unprofessional and I don't think she needs to be practicing anywhere. This is a warning to all. Please run from her and find a good doctor. There are good and bad people in the world and she is not a good person which is very sad when you are dealing with people lives. She was nice in the begining to take my money and then later on she became a person from ... She got mad at me because I wanted to switch to another doctor and thats when all hell broke loose. She also seemed to be a little racist towards me. It really hurted me because I tried to trust her and she turned on me. The doctor I have now run rings around her. Please run far away from this doctor. All jokes aside please. I don't normally talk about people, but I had to say something about this evil person. The state need to take her license away forever. I filed a claim to medical state board, thats how bad the situation was between she and I. The person that posted on here I have to agree with you 100 percent. THE WORST DOCTOR EVER /NOT A GOOD DOCTOR. Where is her heart to have you kicked out of Kelsey with a serious illness. That says alot about her heartless heart. God sits high and looks low and she will reap what she sows. You can't keep treating people bad and exspect blessings to come your way. I hope I never run into her ever again now that she with Methodist. She does not even deserve one star.
I have been under the care of Dr. Ramshesh since 2013 and she is best. Dr. Ramshesh treated me and made sure that I received the best care while going through my illness. When Dr. Ramshesh changed from Kelsey Seybold to Methodist, I as her patient did my own research to make sure she was still in my plan and I would be able to receive treatment with her and whatever other providers I was seeing, so please do not blame a Dr. because you as a patient did not do your own research with your health plan to ensure your coverage and other providers would within your network with YOUR health carrier. I travel over an hour to see this Dr. Ramshesh and that say a lot because I am 15 minutes from Methodist Sugarland and refuse to change Oncologist. She deserves well more than 5 stars as she is a life saver, friend, provider, and overall great person.
Doctors have to earn respect, and listen to patients. We pay for your salary. No patients, no salary. Patients these days know as much as the doctors. Please be careful not to fabricate your story too much your superiors because a tape will be sent to them. The patients today are taking steps as well to show the real truth in the mainstream medical industry. We are tired of all the fabricated and twisted lies that comes out of their mouths, and the injuries they do upon patient upon patient. You think you will get away with it, but you won’t. It is wrong to treat a patient bad with no compassion at all when they are suffering just because you had a bad day. My son had cystic fibrosis and many other complications. He developed a clot because no proper testing was done and he died of massive heart attack from clot . Stay aways
If you want someone who is compassionate, turn the other way and run as fast as you. Too young and inexperienced
The BEST doctor my mom's ever had, my mother had a breast cancer lumpectomy done in 2017 and Dr. Ramshesh is her continued Oncologist. I'm so glad she's with the Methodist system. SHE TRULY CARES ABOUT HER PATIENTS and their family and she has a delightful personality.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
