I just had my first Botox appointment at Radiance, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From start to finish, every member of the staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The level of customer service here is truly unmatched compared to any other office I’ve visited. Keegan was absolutely amazing! She took the time to be thorough and informative, answered all of my questions with patience, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Her injections were so gentle, and I felt confident in her care every step of the way. I would highly recommend Keegan and the entire Radiance team to anyone considering Botox or other services—they truly go above and beyond!

Ashley is simply the best. I have been getting emface treatments and she is absolutely the sweetest, easiest person to talk to. She’s super knowledgeable about all sorts of treatments and products. So glad I was able to book with her.

my mom and i have been coming here for years. they have always taken such great care of us with ANYTHING we ask them for. Lauren and Valerie have always been incredible and make sure to make us feel more like friends than clients. absolutely fantastic services from everyone

DO NOT go here. They mixed up filler and Botox and didn't tell me until I left the appt. And, they will prompt for gratuity on microneedling. They are fraudsters as well by charging my credit card each month and refuse to refund. Good location - bad place.

I’ve been going to Radiance for over 10 years. Valerie has been giving me excellent massages. She is very knowledgeable and helps so much with relieving my sciatica and recognized when I had bursitis and sent me to my doctor. Her massages are also very relaxing. It took me awhile to find her and I would highly recommend Val.

Due to my career, I get neck pain, knots, and sciatic pain on a regular basis. Valerie is the BEST when it comes to massages! I always get relief when she works on me. I also recommend doing the massage with hot stones. Thank you, Valerie, for always taking care of my pain!

I absolutely LOVED this place and been doing my lips and Botox here. I’m a first responder and a full time mom. I had a couple big things come up, got held at work and my daughter was sick. I called ahead and explained. They rescheduled me one time and got the wrong appt day. Now blaming me for their mistake and charging me. Monica has been emailing me and I had to explain so many times and ask her to listen to her recordings to hear their mistake. Sucks that if their kids were sick or something happens to them, they are allowed to make errors, or reschedule you. Heaven for bid you do that to them.
