List of St. Luke's Health - The Woodlands Hospital - The Woodlands's Reviews
I have been to this hospital in the past and had never had problem, I am a nurse and this was the worst experience at a hospital in my life. For several reasons I give one star, one my cardiologist told me to go there for rapid heart rate (normally I have bradycardia), they never asked me ANY of the standard questions like what medications are you currently taking, they don't even register me until before I left, my EKG showed Sinus Tachycardia, the PA told me it was normal. I waiting almost 5 hours for lab results and when I asked if they forgot about me, 15 mins later they said i needed some blood redrawn and that my COVID test the lab had lost it so I got to be tested twice for that. They did a urine pregnancy test on me, me who had a hysterectomy in 2011!!! Surprise it was negative!!! Why should I or my insurance pay for a test that should have never been ordered or collected in the first place. Had an IV placed by an ER tech b/c she said it was for CT scan w/contrast and I told her I allergic to IV Contrast and I told her they did not order a CT Scan and she informed me "I'll just go ahead and put it in, in the case they need an IV started." ... I don't know what happened to the values of this hospital or where they got their staff from but they need to have retraining. I was quite disgusted and will not be returning and will be sure I do not recommend patients there. I asked for a copy of my EKG at discharge so I could have for my cardiologist, I did not get a copy, and when I logged in to download a copy of my results, my EKG and my chest xray, not able to, only a msg comes up that there are no results.... if this is what the medial profession is coming to, I may need to think about a career change b/c your making the rest of us medical professionals look bad!!
Very nice. Front desk secretary was helpful. X-ray tech was very nice.
After 3 recent trips to st. Luke's Hospital I believe the Ed is no longer concerned with patient care, only covid patient care.
I took my daughter to get her tonsils out and we had great service and great recovery the staff was very kind. Even the volunteers were very thorough and compassionate
Nursing staff was amazingly kind and compassionate as well as responsive. Particularly the nursing staff on the 5th floor, including Danielle, Aaron, Kimesha and Frances
Able to get in and have tests performed. Did take over 4 hours.
Great hospital, friendly staff. The staff was very helpful and I didn't have to wait long. Just wish I could see my x-rays loaded to my chart account.
Tedrea was absolutely wonderful. She’s very professional, precise and caring. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
