Dr Chon was very attentive and supportive of my 87 year old mother. However this one star rating is directed at the front staff of his practice. As they are on the front line of receiving and attending to patients I was blown away at the rude and dismissive behavior to their elderly patients. There is no follow through with the doctor requests and logical questions are dismissed very disrespectfully. We will definitely not be returning and I recommend Dr Chon and the other doctors in this practice take notice of how these employees are impacting their business.

Best Primary Doctor in the area. He's very attentive of patient care at every visit along with his amazing staff. From the front desk staff to the very end at check out. Staff communicated extremely well with me on answering all my questions. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a Primary Doctor!

Dr. Chon is a wonderful doctor. I have been seeing him since he was working with Dr. McCoig. He takes time to listen to me and read between the lines. Thanks for always being there for me and always making room to see me. He has a great staff. They are so helpful as well.

I have been seeing Dr. Chon for a year now, I do agree he’s friendly and makes great referrals I just feel that he rushes in and out. The appointment suppose to be 15 minutes with the doctor but it’s been more like five minutes. He does ask if you need refills of your medication at each visit, I just feel he isn’t trying to find the cause of my illnesses instead he likes to prescribe medication. Therefore I’m in the process of finding another family medicine doctor.

Dr. Chon is very professional and genuine. He is an attentive listener and cares about my well-being. Also, he is very knowledgeable and provides excellent care. His staff is very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend Dr. Chon to anyone who is looking for a physician for their medical needs.

I have been seeing Dr. Chon since he started with Dr. McCoig, 100 years ago, or maybe I just feel this old. He is a great doctor and I will follow him where ever he goes. Treats you like you are part of his family when caring for you. A+

Dr. Chon has been my primary care physician since he first became a doctor. He is my one and only source for all my medical care needs. His passion for putting the needs of his patients first and foremost comes through in his bedside manners and the superb care he provides. He is well-connected and knows a lot of good specialists that he has referred me to. It’s hard to find a physician that truly takes the time to listen and provides compassionate care, he certainly fits that bill.
