El Paso east location. Joe Battle. They will move your appointments without proper notice. Asked to speak with an office manager. Still haven’t received a response. I do understand that things happen. The system they have in place does not take the customer into account.

I just want to take a moment to thank the incredible oncology nurses who carried me through my 20 rounds of chemo. Cindy always remembered me, greeted me with the sweetest smile, and made every infusion day feel a little lighter. Dawn and Jennifer were just as amazing — they supported me through every high and low, whether I came in laughing, crying, or somewhere in between. These women became such a big part of my journey, and I truly love them. I am beyond thankful for their compassion, their strength, and the comfort they brought me on some of the hardest days of my life. They will always hold a special place in my heart. 🩷

Texas Oncology in Plano has excellent staff and facilities. Very patient oriented.

I have been very pleased with my experiences here. I was diagnosed with early stage PanCan and Dr Nair (oncologist) moved quickly and aggressively to get my plan started. Dr Hardaway (surgical oncologist) performed my successful Whipple surgery. The nurses in the infusion center did what they could to help make me as comfortable as possible during my chemo treatments. Together they all make a really good team! I am doing well today thanks to the all around expert care of the drs and nurses here at Texas Oncology the Woodlands.

I have nothing but good things to say about Texas Oncology. Dr Colton has been incredible as are the nurses and infusion team. I moved here from Philadelphia and was used to an incredible team at the Abrahamson Cancer Center. I was worried I wouldn’t get the same level of care, but my feats were put to rest.

Would not recommend Texas Oncology to anyone. My doctor puts in an order for chemo 3 weeks out, I try to follow up. They inform me the day before that there are no openings. They've messed up everything they've tried to schedule, from lab work to chemo infusions. In addition to some treatment issues I no longer have confidence in my care here. Mentioning that I went to the Austin/North location seems irrelevant. Because after reading so many bad reviews I conclude that all locations have bad problems.

I came here last summer after many doctors gave me the runaround. As a patient, the last thing you want to do is be given uncertain information and instructions. I took matters into my own hands and contacted Texas Oncology. While they did take awhile to call me back, I was so glad to get resolution. I saw Dr. Christine Lee and she explained things clearly, came up with a clear plan of action, where other doctors had not. Everyone was great here, from the infusion room, nurses to the front desk. Highly recommended. While I am glad that my situation is over with, I wish each and every medical provider could be like Dr. Lee, she is a diamond in the rough.

Texas Oncology in Midland is wonderful, I highly recommend them.

Everyone I've spoken to has been incredibly kind and compassionate! The surgical oncologist, Dr. Hardaway, took the time to explain everything and went above and beyond to give me reassurance. I could tell he genuinely cares for his patients. I'm so glad i was referred to Texas Oncology-The Woodlands. They helped make this stressful experience a little easier.
