[New patient.] My 10 month old baby had a high fever. I showed up last minute, [8:50 p.m] and closing time was 9:00 p.m.. We were greeted by friendly staff and they still manage to take us in and be seen. We were seen by an amazing Dr. AMANDA TUSING. I LOVED her care. I asked manager Brenda, if by any chance she can be her pcp, unfortunately it's an urgent care only.

Weird experience. I can't give a full review because we didn't stay. The cost was nearly $200 and I couldn't pay that up front. I went to another urgent care and paid $30, which is the copay for our insurance.

Friendly, fast & caring. The doctor was extremely sweet & open minded. We even got a rubber ducky at the end of the visit. Would highly recommend & will go back anytime I need urgent care for my baby!

The team was nice and the PA was great. As for the office, wasn’t greeted for a while as we stood there and the place is very dirty. Table was sticky and floor was bad. But seemed to be understaffed so can’t be their fault. They don't have time to do everything.

Although the front desk staff was very courteous, the office seemed very short handed. I waited for a little while just for the nurse practitioner to see my daughter for all of 2 minutes. I wasn’t given any documentation regarding the visit, I was just told “that’s it” so I walked out. I came back inside however, to request some sort of documentation regarding the visit, I initially tried calling the office, however no one would answer the phone so I had to walk back inside where I then had to wait in line even though my daughter had already been seen. When I finally received my documents, I left. I called the pharmacy to ensure the prescription was sent to the correct location, however they hadn’t received it yet (this was about 45 minutes later). I tried calling the office to ensure they sent it to the correct pharmacy, however no one answered the phone (I tried calling for at least 30 minutes). The experience was mediocre and that’s only because the front desk staff was pleasant.

had appointment made for 12:45 p.m. checked in at 12:30 p.m. and was not seen until 1:45 p.m. and didn’t leave after waiting in the room until 2:30 p.m. Ridiculous long time for trying to see a Dr. Other than that, staff was extremely friendly to my children.
