Dr. Hayes and everybody at Sterling Ridge Sports Medicine that I have had contact with have been awesome. Dr. Hayes makes you feel very at ease when he's talking to you and listens to what you say. I've been going to him for years and always have had a great experience. I highly recommend him and this great facility

Haven't seen Dr Hayes since my shoulder surgery. Dr Hayes is the best doctor i have ever been to. I wish he did foot surgery. I recently visited sterling ridge for a foot issue that requires surgery. I was referred to Dr Bachman. I intended to have the surgery but the service you get from Dr Bachman and his surgery scheduler are not up to par with the service i always received at Sterling ridge, the entire staff treated me like family. Getting Dr Bachman’s scheduler to call you back is impossible. Multiple calls and only when i complained to sterling Ridge office staff did i finally get a call back. I feel like i had to make all arrangements myself and was on my own to get the surgery done. For those reasons, i have cancelled the surgery and will go somewhere else. That experience is no where close to sterling ridge standards.

I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Hayes. He was well prepared for my visit, read my chart through and listened to additional background information i gave him during my appointment. He is extremely competent and professional.
