ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! I am a 30 year old adult who has had eye problems my whole life. I am a bit snooty when it come to eye doctors because of my unique issues, but this was the best eye doctor visit I have had in years! Dr Miller and his staff took their time with me to truly understand my situation and come up with the best solution for me. I was amazed at how knowledgeable his staff was as well. They are excellently trained and I would happily go back and see any of them again. It was great getting out of an eye appointment and actually having hope that things will get better (or at least not much worse)!

Took 2 weeks for someone to return calls JUST to make an appointment. ANNA, who answers calls is rude on the phone and very unprofessional. Two weeks for unanswered voicemails and 6 minute call times is unacceptable to try making an appointment about potential eye surgery.

Dr. Miller and his staff are amazing! He has been my daughter’s ophthalmologist since 2010. He and his staff have always provided the best care and treatments for our special needs little girl!

We had our first visit today for my daughter and had a great experience. The staff was nice. Dr. Miller is very thorough and explained everything to us on all of our questions. He is very knowledgeable and patient with my child.

Had a ton of respect for this doctor and his staff being a former employee of HEA. Trying to make an appointment for my dad's strabismus, and I was completely appalled at the treatment I received over the phone. The woman on the phone was beyond RUDE, and not up to HEA standards in their quality of care.
