Doctor Corey ignored my telephone calls. I needed to talk with him. Because of that bad experience, I am now going to another urologist.

Been trying to get in since Wednesday. Have called several times, left 2 message and NO One has called back. My daughter was in the ER on Monday and told them I needed in ASAP. Horrible! Its a shame because I have heard nothing but good things about this DR but because of his staff he will not be getting us as a patient.

The staff is least concerned with your urgency to see the doctor, they will make you run to a hundred doctors and still wont let you see the doctor till you self pay for the visit. So what is the point of having insurance. Dont waste your time and energy trying to get an appointment. Wont even give 1 star because of all the mental pain they have given me just to see the doctor. Ended up going to another doctor.

I totally agree with other bad review, Dr is great but the staff is so rude! And they DO NOT do Pre authorization for meds they subscribe they tell you to use Good RX which is more than Insurance prices Also this is against the law!! The should be doing pre authorization per contract with insurance companies. Do NOT use this Dr!

Dr. Corey is the most compassionate, caring doctors I have ever seen in my life. He literally save my life 20 something years ago with my diagnoses of IC and the treatment of it. His staff on the other hand does not reflect his excellence. They are so hard to get a hold of and when you do they have no compassion, they do not care!! I’m sure Dr. Corey has no idea that his patients are being treated this way. Do not think he would allow this to continue.

They do not answer their phones. Are they out of business! You can't leave a message and we needed results of a test done. Horrible way to run a Dr office

Dr Corey has been my doctor for kidney stones, several times. He is very professional, considerate, kind and takes time to explain what the problem is and how to eliminate it. He also helped our friend that had a child with a bed wetting issue and Dr. Corey said the pills would work immediately. We thought it meant within a month or so. The child took “ one” pill and NEVER wet the bed again.
