I would give no stars if I could.This is my fourth day trying to get in contact with the office to try and schedule an appointment. I have left two messages so far to get a call back and have failed to receive one. I even went to their website and filled out the "request appointment form" and also no call back. A girl answered the phone today and took down my information and said they would call me back but I highly doubt they will just like the other past two girls said the same thing. Except the other girls didn't sound so miserable like this one. As soon as she answered she gave off a "lazy and don't wanna be at work" vibe. She even had an attitude because I had to ask her what she said again since she was talking so low and without effort. The doctor must be great but the staff he has is horrible.

A few weeks back I was fortunate to have Dr. Arevalo operation on my umbilical hernia repair. At the time I was 15 weeks pregnant and during this whole process he was very thorough about each step of the process. From surgery to recovery everything has been smooth. Even my scar is healing well!

I can't say enough about how reassuring it is to be in the care of such a skilled surgeon as Dr. Arevalo. His staff is caring and concerned and aware of his patients. With Dr. Arevalo, you are a person, not just the next appointment. He made me feel safe and comfortable about my upcoming surgery and stayed closely in touch with me up to the day of in case anything should change or I needed special care. On the day of the surgery, I wasn't even afraid because I knew I was in the hands of the very best surgeon. He performed the Robotic, Laparoscopic surgery with expertise and I went home the same day. Two weeks later, my recovery has been quick and without complications and mostly pain free. I highly recommend Dr. Arevalo if you should find yourself in need of an excellent Surgeon!

I had a great experience with Dr. Arevalo and his amazing team. During my fist visit, the front desk staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to schedule my gallbladder removal surgery almost right away. The day of the surgery, I had the opportunity to go over some questions I had with Dr. Arevalo. I was well informed of what was going to happen ahead of time. The procedure went very well, I experienced minimal discomfort. After two weeks my incisions are barely visible! I highly commend Dr. Arevalo, he is a qualified and experienced surgeon.
