I have gone to Dr. Murillo my whole life, since he is now retired, I can NOT get ahold of anybody to just get information!! My new doctor and myself have left over 4 messages each and still no call back!!! Can you not do your job??? I mean how hard is it to pick up and phone?!? If I could leave no stars or negative stars, I would.

Absolutely the rudest people I’ve ever met! I have recently switched doctors due to the rudeness of the office. Will never go back or ever recommend them!

Terrible office staff. Maria roles her eyes to any comment stated, this attitude extends to patients, unethical. The office manager is nowhere to be found. Receptionist huffs and puffs and assures that there is no email for Dr. Murillo. I would appreciate a comment or a call back from the doctor or at the very least the office manager.

(I had previously rated this practice 5 stars but, very disappointingly, they are now raising fees, and inventing and implementing new additional fees in seemingly every possible way to squeeze more money out of you).UPDATE: Doctor Murillo has retired and a new doctor has taken over his practice. He spent a LOT of time with me addressing my health. Most of old staff is still there, including the PA, Dolly, who's been there for years and takes great care of you!Two new negatives: there is a NEW $35.00 FEE for EACH and EVERY PRESCRIPTION PRE-AUTHORIZATION needed, 🤨 and they will no longer give more than a one month supply of some maintenance prescriptions. This means that I will now have to go for a visit every month instead of every 3 months for my RX resulting in this practice now collecting 2 additional office visit charges! 🤔

I've been seeing Dollie for over 8 years. I have NEVER had issues with the nurses or the staff until the last 2 visits. The new staff is EXTREMELY unprofessional, condescending and down right rude. I've been put on hold for over 15 minutes, hung up on and never receive a call back when leaving messages. I didn't know until going in for a 2nd visit that the office had been bought by someone else. I waited over an hour to be seen and i was on time for my appointment. The service is horrendous and I will be requesting all of my medical records. I refuse to give these individuals my business. I will truly miss Dollie!

He has been my primary physician for 25 years. He is a great surgeon and physician. I loved that he cared about my well being and health and not just prescribing medications. I trust him. I am Thankful for Doctors like this in the world. EVEN though the wait is long too me he is worth seeing if it's minor I'll see Dollie and she is a great NP. For me it's worth it bc I know them well. At times I strayed for convenience Avery few times, I always go back bc other doctors or nurses have made my illness worse or just don't understand bed side manners and how to care, you are just a number. So keep that on mind. May God Bless Doctors and nurses.
