I’m sure this hospital would be great if the hospital administrator cared and did hisher job. The visitation hours are 96 so good luck if you work. They don’t make exceptions and refuse to even allow 15 minutes early entry at 845am despite your tight work schedule. The woman that “works” the help desk Julie at entrance A is no asset to this hospital or anything else that would require compassion or just plain being nice. She should have stayed home to burn cookies. It’s rather alarming to me that flight for life lands here. After going to the er twice my daughter and I returned a third time after her primary care physician instructed her to go immediately to the er. On our third trip for the exact same reason she was finally admitted and surgery was performed. Also after I got a hold of the director for the er. It shouldn’t take me hunting the director of the er down just to get proper medical attention for my daughter. But at this particular hospital where the administrative staff argues with me telling me that the main hospital entrance entrance A is not the main entrance this is the “below the standard of care” I should just get use to. This hospital needs a new driver at the helm desperately. Nurse grace is wonderful. A bright light amongst the weeds.

From the moment I stepped in I was 1000% taken care of. I was there for induction for my 4th daughter nervous and my amazing literally the best nurses I’ve ever experienced assured me the entire time that they’re gonna take care of me and my daughter. LD nurse KathyAnn LOVED HER SO MUCH nursery nurse for my baby girl Susan. I will never forget them. I wanna Thank them from the bottom of my heart for being such humble beautiful human beings. Also the mommy daddy meal set up so adorable made our days.

Very good everyone working ER Imaging Xray Lab Tech Food Service were so attentive thorough kind. This is my preferred hospital

I would put zero stars of even negative but that is not an option.This hospital has taught us that medical discrimination is real. My husband went on Monday for a kidney stone was treated very well. He say the urologist on Tuesday surgery was scheduled for Friday he went and got his pre op Covid test done on Tuesday ended up back in the ER due to the stone causing a blockage Tuesday night Wednesday urologist rescheduled surgery for Thursday He gets his registration all completed everything looks good lab calls and says the lost his Covid test during the Hurricane and he would need a new one Thursday morning roughly 45 minutes go by and the lab calls and say he is Covid positive and his surgery is canceled he ends up back in the ER Wednesday night and again Friday morning due to blockage so they decided to do emergency surgery and it is a pretty intense surgery and his is sent home on toroidal we try heat a warm bath nothing is easing the pain he calls the surgeon and is told to go to the ER again so I take him up he sits rocking back and forth trying to get an kind of relief and after an hour and a half he tells me to take him to another hospital because ever since he tested covid positive no one wants to treat him for his urgent medical condition.

HORRIBLE i left with bruises on my arm from the ER staff. just absolutely horrible

My Sister has been admitted here twice now and I can’t say enough about the staff including the Doctor’s So caring compassionate and professional She is in the ICU now and once again they have been wonderful I thank God we have this hospital near us

I went in for a kidney stone. They believed in my pain right away and the nurses advocated to get me comfortable. I was super impressed with everyones bedside manner and Dr Jordan was so kind. For being absolutely miserable they made sure I was comfortable and as pain free as possible and sent me home in a timely manner. Due to covid and it being unusually busy I never got a room or bed but they made darn sure I was okay and comfy. I will use them again although I hope I dont have to

Well I called to check on status of my Dad and was told he was no here when he was taken by ambulance to this hospital. When I explained to them he was there snd I was out of state the operator was very unprofessional.

Since I cant reply to the response given to my earlier review. I will just address owners response here. The phone number given goes to your Patient Relations representative which she did contact me back but refuses to contact my husband back after leaving multiple voice messages. So if you would like to contact Stacey the Patient Relations Representative and have her contact him that would be GREAT. My review still stays the same and DISCRIMINATION from this company is apparent in many areas. So with that being said I will pay out of network fees until the sun comes home to avoid this facility.
