Dr. Jantzen Thorns was so wonderful and very nice. He explained to me and my family about the type of surgery I was going to have and also keep my family updated on my progress. His staff was very helpful and nice and sweet. I'm glad I choose him for my surgery.

I had umbilical hernia repair and kidney cyst aspiration. Dr Thorns took care of me and my issues, especially dealing with a major organ and would definitely recommend him to all family and friends.

I would recommend Dr. Thorn to anyone that needs surgery. He is kind and knowledgeable about his field and explains what you need to do after surgery. I found him quite enjoyable and easy to talk to.

Dr. Thorns did surgery on me and if I tell you he is the best. Bedside manners is top tier. Any questions that I had or my family had were answered. He was always available if I needed him. Even if I left a message with his nurses, he called me right back in a matter of minutes. Very professional, respectful, and knowledgeable in his field.

DR Thorns was very kind, very knowledgeable & attentive. He made sure I had everything I needed & was feeling comfortable after surgery. I had my appendix removed & have minimal scaring.

I had emergency gallbladder removal at Houston Methodist that Dr Thorns preformed. He was excellent. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I had a follow up a bit sooner as i hadn't bounced back as quick as i should and he was so thoughtful and understanding.
