Dr Morales is very personable and even though she’s running a very busy clinic, she takes the time to listen to whatever issues you may having and expresses genuine concern for what you are experiencing. She is knowledgeable and thorough and answers questions to my satisfaction. She was the one who figured out a family member had cancer through an eye exam when they had no clue anything was wrong. Oh btw my whole family goes here.

Short wait time, friendly staff and Dr. Morales was very kind and knowledgeable!

Very professional staff. Was not rushed during the testing for glacoma.The suite and testing areas were well organized.Dr. Morales explained everything the tests revealed in a way I could understand the issues.I Will definitely recommend her to others.

Worst experience. Didn’t even get to see the doctor nor will be ever. Tried to get an appointment and they told be they were booked. My daughter had an eye injury that needed attention soon so I couldn’t wait for one month and therefore started looking for other options. They called me later that morningat 8:20am saying that the doctor could see my daughter at 9:20 am (1hr notice). Off course I agreed and rushed to pick my daughter at school and they took a little longer so I was going to be 5 minutes late for the appointment. I called them to explain and they said they can’t see her 5 minutes late. I really hope they are that responsible and respectful with their patients’ time and don’t make them wait even 5 minutes!!!

Had a great experience going to this doctor. Will highly recommend them to all. Extremely polite, extremely knowledgeable, all the staff fantastic people, easy in and out, just a great place to go and get your eyes checked and come out with the exact answer of what you needed to know

Dr Morales and her staff are always friendly, kind and thorough. My husband, my parents and I all see her and we are always happy with her care. Highly recommend Dr Morales!!!

Dr. Marlene Morales office has been a great experience for me several times. All courteous office attendants & doctors besides Dr. Morales. She is gentle when needing to touch your eye. Gives detailed information regarding your eye & answers any questions you have regarding your situation wether it is an infection or just an eye examination. The office & examination rooms are clean & organized as well. I was in & out quickly & didn’t have to wait long. You will receive excellent care from her & that office.

I have been seeing Dr. Morales for several years now. I had an emergency today & she was able to fit me in & provided a very thorough exam. She was able to relieve my concerns. She & her staff are very professional but also friendly & kind. I highly recommend her & the staff there.

I visited Dr Marlene Morales’ practice for the first time today. They are very protective of patients with regard to Covid checking everyone as they enter to make sure all is well. All of the staff are carefully masked, but that doesn’t mask the warm welcome, obvious care and attentiveness they had for me and every single patient I saw them interact with. I was immediately comfortable and put at ease by the interaction between staff and patients and even staff with each other. Sarah performed my initial exam including dilation and it was thorough and precise, she is truly exceptional at her job and at relating to the patient. The rest of the examination was performed by Dr Morales and she too struck me immediately as being welcoming and focused on my care while truly making me feel she was glad that I was there. The front end staff were courteous and helpful as well, the whole experience was enjoyable and I dare say ranks in the top tier of clinical visits I have experienced over many years. I’m actually looking forward to my next exam; sadly I have to wait a year! Well done!
