List of Next Level Urgent Care's Reviews
The front disk lady she was nice but the other guy was so rude, lazy, and don’t know what he is doing.. he was sleeping on his chair and then he forgot to check me in.. also he almost Hurt me when trying to get the covid test for me.. I’ll give that location 0 star or minus if I could. Also my waiting time was 6 hours and there was only 16 person in front of me.
Great service! From the front desk staff at check-in, the nurse who did my vitals and testing, to physician Heather, everyone was so kind and patient. Clean lobby and exam rooms. I highly recommend this location.
I love all Next Level Urgent Care centers, but this one specifically. I think they are always so kind, friendly, and super helpful. I am always pleased with how polite and helpful the staff is here. I cannot say enough good things about them and their care.Whenever they are busy and you have a long wait, the best part is you can wait at home until your appointment time is ready! I love it.
Went in for a neck injury and NP AJ and Brittney were amazing. (I am horrible at remembering names so I hope I got them right) They were both very attentive and addressed the issue I was having. All my questions were answered. I usually avoid going in anywhere other than my primary doctor but if an emergency happens again where we can't wait, we will be back. My 6 year old son even said they were so nice in there!
If you have any sort of information not screamed across the packed lobby this is not the place to go!! I was dealing with a sensitive issue and I didn't feel like yelling it across a packed lobby of people and was forced too along with asking unnecessary and intrusive questions out loud and could hear the staff talking loudly about me in the lobby which was still filled with people. I left feeling absolutely embarrassed and humiliated
We made the nurse take out my mom’s IV and left Memorial Hermann ER to come here. MUCH better care here. The tech Sam and NP Deana were so kind, compassionate and personable. My mom had been in unbearable pain and rather than letting her sit there and not getting the water she asked for (ahem, MH), she was treated right away and given water and I was even offered snacks because they knew we had been waiting in the ER all day! I’ve been here multiple times, and every time I’m treated with warmth and respect. Love this place!
Their decision to prioritize online wait list equally with walk in renders this place not useful as an urgent care. If you have urgent care needs I would recommend you go elsewhere.
Highly recommend. They helped us with my daughter’s broken elbow. I got in line through their app, received a text almost right away stating they were ready for us. In and out within 45 minutes, including x-ray and splint. The NP Deana Olsen and Allen the tech were so lovely to deal with. They were friendly, professional and had amazing bedside manner with my scared little girl.
The care we asked for wasn't urgent. But it was good.
Came in and SPECIFICALLY asked if they did the drug testing that was requested by my employer via Quest for which this UC is authorized, listed on Quest website. They printed out the test order and said YES, they could do the test. Made me go through a LONG registration process in a room full of sick people. Next, I waited an hour and a half for “a room to be available”. Next, they put me in a room and asked to wait, I waited again. Then a lady came in to tell me that they couldn’t do the test after all. Wasted hours of my time and exposed me to unnecessary risks. THE WORST!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
