List of Baylor Scott & White Medical Center Trophy Club's Reviews
Had surgery with Dr. Novak’s team yesterday. Got home from the hospital today. I would like to thank the entire staff from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out. Everyone was kind and patient. Wonderful hospital! Update: One week out, bruised a bit but healing. Update: almost four weeks out, not able to keep food down and very nauseous, going to see the doc and find out what’s wrong, I’m sure it’s nothing.
can't say enough good about Scott and White Medical Center at Trophy Club and their team. Great care, we certainly would recommend them. Dr Nathan Haile and team are great.
Love the Dr's and Nursing staff. However, surgery was scheduled 3 weeks prior to the date. 2 days before surgery, went for pre-op and was told had to come up w/ $3200.00 before surgery could be performed or it was going to be canceled. They DID NOT want to send the claim to the insurance first and bill afterwards. This was only an estimate, they could not give a break down of everything that was being done, cause it had not happened yet. But was told a down payment needed to be made, did not realize I was buying a house. Just seems like they are out for Wealth and not Health and Well-being of their patients.
I love it everyone is friendly and helpful, and its very clean. the nurses are my favorite
Do not come to this hospital: I came to Baylor Trophy Club which was in network on my insurance. I have received two bills from the ER visit. First one because the ER doctors are billing out of network. They total over $3500 for both. I would have never came to this hospital if I had knew I would receive out of network bills. The one ER doctor is billing through his free standing emergency rooms. This is terrible for the patient and being in the medical field an awful experience when I needed help.
Had surgery in August. Hospital and Surgeon in network with BCBS. Was never told Anesthesiologists was not in network with insurance and now being billed $$$$. No one answers at the billing service for this group. The hospital needs to disclose that the contracted medical group may not be in network before you get surprise billing for a large amount of money. I have spent many hours on hold and working on this problem. Not yet resolved. My insurance is working on paying with the no choice option but the pain shot was not a covered service so will still owe $10,000 for this service. I would have been happy to take pain pills that would have been covered by insurance and passed on this shot. I understand it's not uncommon for anesthesiologists to be out of network. My experience at the hospital was awesome. Everyone was kind, caring and professional.
Do not come here for medical help. The doctors are billing out of network when the facility is covered under United and BCBS. I received over $3500 in additional billing because these doctors are billing out of network. I worked for Baylor in Dallas and I trusted Baylor’s hospital system but not anymore.
Staff was good. But ER lobby has bedbugs bad. The chairs are very comfortable, until you see bedbugs crawling in them in broad daylight, which clearly means there’s an infestation.
First class service at this hospital. The staff is ver friendly and helpful. This is one of the most nicest hospitals I’ve ever been to.
Had my very first surgery ever in my life today. I went into the ER last night and the moment I stepped in to the moment I left the front door the staff, nurses, doctors were very reassuring and kept me calm through the whole process. Thank you.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
