List of Andrei C. Gasic's Reviews
Horrible! We were referred to see Dr. Gasik only to drive 2 hours to Tyler and find out he was not even in that office that day. The communication is beyond pitiful all the way around. They do not tell you ahead of time that not only do you get bills from their office, but the hospital as well because they are an office within the walls of the hospital. We were sent to xray and the receptionist there was mouthing that Dr. Gasiks office sends everyone for an xray whether it is needed or not. My daughter was given a regimen of a bowel purge, an increase of a medicine and some over the counter meds. All of this to treat what she said was constipation and stool in the right side of colon. My daughter has numerous bowel movements a day every time she eats something. Several times I had to call, leave a message with receptionist and used their APP which they recommended and did not get any response. This happened several times. None of what they had us try worked. Still the same issue. ONLY when I finally got in touch with someone with Patient Advocacy did I get a call from their office manager. She assured me we could see Dr. Gasik and she would handle all of the miscommunications. We seen him for maybe a total of 10 minutes for him to say she needed to go Cows Milk Free and that the medication Hope Speed increased the dosage of was to be discontinued because it causes constipation. So my 15 year old did several bowel purges all while taking a medicine to stop her back up. And once again, after doing what he recommended the issue is still not any better. I have GREAT insurance but I have gotten between $450-$500 worth of additional bills. Total waste of our time and major stress. When your kid is sick you just need them well. You sure don't need to have to go through all the miscommunications and financial strain with the stress you are already under.
Oh my gosh, Dr. Gasic helped save my life. Had to have emergency surgery for the removal of my gall bladder. The pain was unbearable and I just thank him so very much for his experience, kindness and professionalism!
Most pretentious piece of medicine in the business. I wouldn't let him stick a straw in my cat's litter hole, let alone a real person.
I have been using Dr Gasic for about 9-11 yrs now. He always been great to me and always concerned about what’s going on with me. He is very kind and attentive. I don’t get why someone would post negatively about him because he’s never come across as anything but professional & caring. I highly recommend him to all that need testing done.
Ive used Dr. Gasic for well over 20 years now. He has always been kind and helpful and thorough. He caught my precancerous colon and also a tumor that caused the need for resection.
Horrible doctor and even worse staff! Sorry, but true! I was a patient a few years ago, and I called to ask a question about my upcoming appointment, was put on hold and a very angry and rude nurse got on the line and accused me of being a drug seeker! I was confused and shocked at the same time. Was a patient for about 4 years and only saw the actual doctor once when I was in the hospital, and he was just like his staff! Not personable at all!
Dr. Gasic is very patient and caring. He took time to listen to me on my first visit and I didn’t feel rushed. Dr. Gasic and the entire staff in the office are always friendly and caring.
The office staff is SOO rude! I called to ask a question about payment plans for an upcoming visit and was put on hold, then a very angry nurse got on the line, asked me my name and accused me of being a drug seeker! I was a patient there for four years and only spoke to the actual doctor once and that’s because I was in the hospital! I strongly DO NOT recommend this practice or this doctor (and his rude staff!)
I have had two procedures done I am not getting any better it is like they are trying to let me die I have been to his office 5 times the last time they did not even check what I was there for they checked everything else
This office is managed TERRIBLY! The first time I had a visit, they forgot I was in the exam room and I was left in there alone for over 45 minutes (through their lunch break). Had to reschedule the X-Rays they had ordered because of a prior commitment. On my second visit (which was a follow-up to the rescheduled X-Ray), they treated me like a new patient, started a new chart for me and in the exam room they asked, “What is the reason for your visit?” When I told them it was a follow-up, they realized what they had done and had to merge the two patient charts, which added about 20 minutes to my visit. Worst of all, don’t expect Dr Gasic to consult with you when you’re in the hospital and your family is begging for answers. He’s too busy for even a phone call. If you’re lucky, you might get to talk to one of his assistants who insists it’s just acid reflux, will prescribe medicine that doesn’t solve the problem, and send you home to puke your guts out. Worst case I know of! (Whatever.)

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
