The PAs that work here are mostly rude and dont really care to help you with your medical issues. I would recommend a witch doctor before i ever tell anyone to go here

I never got past trying to make an appointment. That process was so awful that I can’t imagine what would have followed. Julie made it impossible to get scheduled but continued to call and taunt me. When a person needs an MRI because a doctor ordered it, there is a medical problem. Cooperation from a provider is necessary. Note to everyone who works here: patients are the reason why you are employed. Treat them with kindness and respect.

This clinic is Awesome!! Was there Dec 16th 2021, about 1230. Very courteous & helpful staff. Short wait time. Spotless clinic area. NP Malay/Maylae (sp)? Was knowledgeable, & skillful in addressing my knee injury. Explained the process, procedure & xray results & next step in care. My knee is remarkablely improved this morning. Not fully restored but I am confident it will continue. Thank you so much.

The NP, Mowery, could definitely work on her bedside manner. This being a VA certified clinic, I am surprised that they would allow someone to represent their practice with someone who I feel lacks empathy towards a sick patient.

Rudest Nurse practitioner I've ever experienced!! DO NOT GO HERE! required to charge me for a Covid test before they would even seen my child!

Best hospital I'd ever been in! Not just exceptionally clean but decorated beautifully! All the nurses and drs and staff were about as friendly and caring like they were my own family! I'd never think twice about myself or and family member having surgery there! Simply the Best around!

Due to their covid-19 policies, I was refused any type of service when my only symptom was pressure in my ear. They said I had to wait until 4 days of symptoms and then they would do a covid screening? Ear infections and such exist too during covid times. Too much of an inconvenience, went to Christus urgent care instead with no issues.
