The staff are very nice and friendly.

I had to go to the emergency department for my back. I was the only one there, was put in they're one room. Was seen by the PA, then had to wait in that room in pain for over 40 minutes, just for an Xray. I finally came out of the room to ask about the eta of Xray, they acted as if I asked a stupid question. Shortly thereafter the Xray tech came to get me. Terrible follow up service. Will avoid this place at all costs

The service was good but there were too many people involved in too many steps adding too much cost to the service.

The absolute best hospital I have ever been a patient at , I was in room 138 my nurses Jared , Jordan , Brooklyn , Kim and all the assistants were incredible , loving , fun and all very helpful with fantastic bedside manner. I will be coming back for my knee surgeries. Thank you guys so much may God Bless you all and keep you and your families healthy and safe.Kaylynn Powers( Kay Kay )And physical therapy are the best and sweetest too , I can't even say enough good about our experience there. And I definitely can't forget Katie and the the girls in recovery one being Jared's wife . I got to spend 4 hours with them waiting for a room , they were amazing and taught me how to be a recovery nurse lol , seriously they were awesome and Katie even came to say hi later. Thank you all so so much And I might add the food was awesome ☺️

My 16 year old son had an apt at 0745 for an MRI and when we entered the building we were told we could not come in due to having my 18 month old with me. I tried to tell them I could check my 16 year old in and go back to the car with my baby due to not being able to go back there with him anyways but they would not allow us in there. Nothing was said prior to visit about anything besides wearing a mask. We already waited over a week to finally get the MRI scheduled after leaving several messages for this to happen. I will never use this facility again for anything and hope nothing is seriously wrong with my son or they will be reported for neglect.

My husband had an MRI scheduled for Friday, July 9. We both wrote the time and date down, even added it to my phone. Arrived for his appointment, 10:45Am(arrived at 10:20am) to be told his appt.was at 8:30am and told by the tech it might be a wait of 1,2,3 or maybe 4 hours. We drove an hour, my husband has a bad neck and back, and they wanted him to sit for who knows how long. We left because we were treated like it was our fault. We willll find a doctor close to home, these people treated us like we were children and made us feel like we were wrong! 😡

My 5th back surgery and as aways I was treated very well. Highly recommended them for their outstanding service. Clean facilities and excellent nurses and staff. My surgeon Dr Gordon I trust with my life. Also food is very good

Mother in law broke and dislocated her wrist, and needs surgery. After they splint it, we were told that the surgery wouldn't happen until next week. They wanted to send her home with it still dislocated. Doctors don't work here, Quacks do

Their so called osteoporosis clinic is the absolute worst medical department I have ever experienced! Their inability to change a simple phone number over the course of a year is absolutely mind boggling!Their inability to keep medical records is far from amazing! How can they even call themselves a medical facility?! Incredulous!! DO NOT trust your bones to this place!
