Great doctor amazing service every time I visited during my worker compensation related accident His diagnosis for my cubital tunnel syndrome lead to a final surgery with an orthopedic surgeon. This changed my quality of life. And the pain went away. So thankful for his approach

Dr. Marshall is very courteous and has a sense of humor! He listens to you to make an accurate diagnosis. His staff is wonderful and pleasant. I highly recommend Dr. Marshall for work-related injuries, DOT Physicals and Flight Physicals. He has many years of experience and will give you the care that you need.

THE WORST MOST UNPROFESSIONAL DOCTOR I HAVE EVER SEEN. IT SHOCKS ME THAT THE TEXAS MEDICAL BOARD ACCEPTS DOCTORS LIKE THIS. THIS MAN IS RUDE AND SO IS HIS OFFICE STAFF. HE PRESCRIBED ME THE WRONG THING, I WAS LUCKY I SAW IT, AS HE HAD PRESCRIBED HEART MEDICINE BY MISTAKE. STAY AWAY AND AVOID ANY CONTACT WITH THIS CREEP.

This doctor hates pilots and so does his staff... they will extort money out of you, they will lie, and even call the FAA AMCD division to prevent you from getting a medical. THIS IS THE REASON MOST OF US ARE SO DISTRUSTING OF THE FAA's medical system.

Saw Dr. Marshall at this small little town in Texas. After arriving in his office came to find that the cost of the exam was much much more expensive than advertised. His practiced was unprofessional and rude. I decided to not be seen by Dr. Marshall and I left the premises. Then I was notified through records that this Creepy doctor had the nerve to call the FAA and tell them defamatory things, as he was trying to hurt my future career and income. DR. MARSHALL NEVER SAW ME NOR DID I EVER GOT TO MEET HIM IN PERSON, and he proceeded to execute this vicious behavior as he proceeded to defame my character.... STAY AWAY ITS ALL I CAN SAY.

This was without a doubt the WORST doctor I have ever seen (and I have seen a lot over the years). Absolutely NO bedside manner. Did not care about my condition or needs and did not even care enough to do anything....just totally cold and heartless! This doctor needs to retire if he cares this little about the needs of the patients he sees!
