Although my interaction with Dr. Clark was brief, he devoted ample time to addressing my problem. He effectively communicated and explained my condition to me, ensuring that I had a clear understanding of what had occurred. Furthermore, the way he referred to his staff left a lasting impression. Not only would I recommend him as a physician but also sounds like a great doctor to work with.

We had no issues with the office staff and nurses at Dr Clarke’s office. The issue is with the doctor, Dr. Angel that handled our visit. When he entered the room, he did not introduce/identify himself. I did not know who he was until after I asked. Then it gets worse from here. In the middle of our discussion, his cell phone rang. He answered the call and walked out of the room. I immediately stated to the nurse that the doctor walking out of the room during our conversation was not professional. The nurse apologized for his action. The doctor eventually came back in the room, no apology given. The next day, I called to speak to the office manager. I informed the front desk that I was calling because I had an issue with my visit. I was informed that the office manager was working from home and they would give her my message. The following day, I had not heard from the office manager; therefore, I called the office again. I was informed that she was out of the office and they will give her my message. I specifically stated that this was my second message that I left for the office manager and I was calling to file a complaint. Several weeks have passed and no one has followed up with me on my issue/compliant. Unacceptable.

Wow, a Doctor who takes the time to explain everything, great bedside manner. This was my first visit, but I will be having him do my surgery. I have 30+years in the medical field, this is the kind of doctor I want.
