Tends to be rushed and doesn't take the time to real think through diagnosis.
Love Dr. McRae Vogler she is the best peditrian in east texas could not have a better dr. She is awesome with my kids.
Amber and Dr McRae-Vogler always take the time to listen to questions and concerns, they take the time to explain the stages of development and how my children are doing in terms of their development. Dr McRae-Vogler is not quick to jump to antibiotics unless they are necessary. She allows the children to answer age appropriate questions and looks to the parents for validation if necessary. Very caring and compassionate!
I have had five bad experiences. I am trying to find a new pediatrician. The receptionist at check out is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. The clinic is like a cattle drive. In and out as quickly as possible without getting to know you or your child. The nurse gave my three month old a shot and it bled through the band aid and all down the front of my shirt while she screamed for thirty minutes. Dr McRae seems distracted and fairly uninterested in any concerns I have as a new mother. I do not recommend this pediatrician.
Dr. McRae-Vogler does not examine patients properly. She missed a heart murmur in my daughter and did not diagnose my nephew with asthma. She does not listen to parents, does not examine children and her nurses are rude and do not even address the children they see. I have never been interrupted more in my life while trying to give my child's symptoms. I got a lot of nods and uh-huh's and was sent home. She is more concerned about talking about her own children than mine. We have changed doctors. Her procedures and lack of thorough examinations are dangerous.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
