List of Daniel Glass's Reviews
Dr Glass seemed more concerned with his next hair cut than me as a patient. I’d recommend you see anyone else or simply suffer before seeing him, I’ve never felt so dismissed by anyone, especially a doctor.
Rudest physician, not good with kids or adults. Told my daughter she was "being dramatic" when she started crying after he removed a clot from her ear canal. Rudely answered my question when asked about a medication he was prescribing, directions will be on the bottle.
Met with Dr. Glass today and he was amazing. Very thorough exam and spent time with me. Fast service and great atmosphere. He is my new go to Doc. For sinus and throat issue.
The office staff is rude and unprofessional. That reflects on the doctor.
Went to ENT Associates of East Texas to have some earwax removed after losing hearing in one of my ears. Dr. Glass was prompt, extremely friendly, and made the process very comfortable. He even counseled me on how to do some self-care regarding earwax, as it is a frequent issue for me. I highly recommend ENT Associates and Dr. Glass!
I saw another doctor who also works with Dr. Glass at ENT Associates. I also received a hearing test which had nothing to do with my clearly stated reason for making the appointment. I also had to ask if he was going to address the issue I came in for. He totally blew it off. This morning I got a call from their hearing aid department wanting to schedule me to be fitted. This after I clearly stated to him that six months ago the audiologist and I had agreed not to do hearing aids unless my hearing got worse. The unscheduled and unwanted hearing test proved that my hearing was exactly the same as it was 6 months ago. This seems to be a pattern for doctors at ENT Associates so let the buyer beware. You will be treated not as a patient but as a cash cow.
One of the most uncaring doctors I have ever experienced. I went to see him about a swollen throat with white blisters at the back. He did a biopsy and after results, said he didnt know what it was. Wanted me to return if it persisted. A month later I returned for follow up and neither the staff or him had any recollection of me coming in before. They performed a hearing test that I didn't schedule. When I asked when was he gonna look at my throat again because I could barely talk he asked what for? I tried to remind him about my previous visit and he walked out the room and nurse came in and took me to the front for check out.. At that point I became frustrated and asked again if he was going to help with my throat and they replied no time today but I can schedule a time at the earliest avail., 3 weeks later. I asked what was the point for my visit today.I never wanted or needed a hearing test because it was not part of my problem. They said sorry and billed my insurance and me.
Dr Glass was a blessing to me and my wife he really was such a cool bresse he was straight forward with the information but didn't overwhelm you with news and he and his nurse was extremely compassionate.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
