I am now without pain caused by another dr's expensive orthotics. Dr Kent knew exactly what to prescribe with an inexpensive orthotic. I couldn't be happier with the result. He and his staff are kind and efficient.

This is a great place, really caring staff and doctor. Dr. Kent solved my foot problem after I had had expensive orthotics made at another facility. I'm so grateful to be free of pain.

Had to get a procedure here and would never come back. Doctor made it seem that I would be on my feet playing a full soccer match the next day after a nail removal. I got an infection from procedure and the “ointment” he sells didn’t do anything to help no better than snake oil. Had to go to an urgent care and a new podiatrist because of pain I had almost a week after the procedure. They both were concerned on treatment notes he provided. Luckily my new podiatrist cares and has given me the medicine I need to take in order to make it right. Please stay away from here and look elsewhere.

Dr. Kent is very nice and pleasant. He has a great bedside manner. Very easy to deal with. Very knowledgeable and doesn't want to hurt you.

I have been seeing Dr. Kent for several years. He is the best podiatrist I've been to and I've been to many. He's patient, listens to my concerns and explains things well. He and his staff are professional, caring and very kind. Also...........he has the best treatment chairs!!!

Dr. Kent is an outstanding Doctor! Why? Besides his superior medical expertise and qualifications as a Podiatrist, he is a great communicator. He explains things in simple terms, gives options with pros and cons in a way that makes sense to the patient. He takes his time with you to make sure you understand treatment plans and options. His team, Magen, Morgan and Christin are all wonderful. From the moment you walk in, you can tell you are in the hands of a team who cares about your needs. I highly recommend Dr. Kent and his staff at East Texas Foot and Ankle Centers.

I called East Texas Foot and Ankle Center due to my history of plantar fasciitis and heel spurs. I was having a flare up and could barely put weight on my foot. I walk a lot at work and needed relief fast. I spoke with Magen and she got me in right away. She made me feel so comfortable and Dr. Kent was great. He was knowledgeable about the conditions I had and was able to make recommendations to help me get back to my regular activities. The treatment plan worked so well, and my pain has decreased significantly to almost none! I recommend Dr. Kent and the team!
