Great listening skills and manners. Office staff and Nurses were great with me as I am in tremendous pain. I forgot to ask the doctor when will I get the results from my X-rays and blood tests but I will call next week and ask. I have already referred my neighbors to him. He seems concerned about my pain and health. I’ve also told my family. Was in and out of there in 2.5 hrs. On a Friday. When I initially called them I had scheduled a yearly but when in distress and pain The front office moved my appointment up a week or so. Thank goodness.

Dr. Graves has been very helpful and will listen to my concerns.

I have been a patient of Dr Graves since 2013. He is so kind and caring and he always takes the time to listen to me and explain anything I have questions about. I recommend him all the time. His staff is wonderful too. I have never had an issue with any of his employees in all the years I have been going to see him. From front to the back. They are all the best !!

Dr.Graves in my opinion. Has a very pleasant bedside manner. I feel very relaxed at my visits. And I feel very confident in the decisions he makes about my health. He is very knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. And a caring attitude. I would indeed. Refer him to anyone. Who is suffering as I do in Pain. T.M

His goal is to help his patients medically and spiritually if you ask for the latter. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I would give him and the office a 5 out if five stars .

I have been seeing Dr Graves for 8 years for an autoimmune condition. He is very courteous, thorough, and genuinely compassionate to his patients. He answers my questions in a manner I can understand and he doesn’t rush me through the exam. I trust his judgment and treatment plan. I absolutely LOVE Dr. Graves, his assistant Taryn and the staff at Texas Arthritis! I've been going to the office since October 2020. I was diagnosed with Psoriatic Arthritis by Dr. Graves. This has been a painful and debilitating journey but he and his staff have been FANTASTIC as we navigate through this rough sea of pain and dialing in my treatment. I appreciate the professionalism, compassion, kindness and courtesy I have received from EVERYONE including reception, phlebotomy, nurses, tec support, Taryn and Dr. Graves. I am soooo glad I found them and thank the Lord for ALL they do!

I have been recently diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis after years of non specific joint pain and work up that did not support any specific diagnosis. Dr Graves has been very kind and supportive as we are looking for medication that will control my symptoms the best. I saw negative reviews and felt obligated to respond. It has been hard to accept all the pain, stiffness and loss of mobility that has suddenly worsened, and caused me to lose the quality of life and high functional level that I was accustomed too. Dr Graves has been supportive and caring, and I feel better just seeing him and having a plan of treatment. I am a physician myself.
