Just had procedure on 13th. Not sure yet if it helped me. Haven't felt good all day. Not due to back. Severe headache and sinus drainage. There was something about a pain log. Didn't get that either...

I have had over 80 cervical epidural injections with Dr. Michaels at Texas Spine and Joint Hospital as an outpatient over the past 23 years as well as over 120 follow up visits at his office at Azalea Orthopedics and he is very professional, very compassionate and always on time. Dr. Michaels is very precise with the injectect with little or no pain during the procedure. I wouldn't want anyone else doing my procedures. I was very Blessed to have been reccomended to Dr. Michaels from my previous pain management Physician, (Dr. David Fletcher), when he retired. Dr. Michael's Physicians Assistant, (Heather Rasnake), is also very professional and an excellent addition to Dr. Michael's practice. The two of them make an unbeatable team in the Pain Management field. Again, I wouldn't want to be in the care of any other Physician. Dr. Michaels will be my pain management Physician as long as he has a practice.
