I made an appointment for later next week. Then I had ?s. It took many tries for several days. When I finally got someone on the phone, they could NOT answer the questions because their system covers the entire hospital AND clinics. So if anyone answers besides someone where you are inquiring. you are out of luck. 4 calls TODAY took 45 minutes. When I finally reached someone I canceled the appt. If you don't have appropriate people in the right place to take calls, how you help them.?????You don't have what it takes to treat me. I expect more from my doctors than this. .I would have rated 0 if I could have. This makes no sense. This seems to be a typical case of "We want your $$ but we don't want to be bothered with you.

Dr. Conflitti was very nice, listened to my concerns and made me feel very at ease. I am so very happy with my total knee replacement that he did for me! I would recommend him to anyone that is thinking about this kind of surgery.

Dr. Conflitti saw me for the first time on Nov. 23 for Avascular Necrosis of the hip. I got a 2nd opinion from him after the 1st doctor was not getting me any treatment. Dr. Conflitti took the time to explain everything that was going on and explained that my surgery had to wait because I previously had a blood clot. But said that we would get the surgery asap. He sat and listened and took the time to answer my questions and spoke to me so that I could understand everything.

My experience with Dr. Conflitti was very good. I do not have a previous experience with an orthopedic in Tyler. I was treated with the utmost kindness and concern about my problem. I was satisfied with his recommendations for this old girl.
